While I love the product selection available through The Detox Market Canada, I am hesitant to continue placing orders due to the couriers used to deliver (e. g. , Metro). Tracking is inconsistent, orders cannot be redirected for pickup to a location if coming during the day, and some orders come late at night (after 10:00 pm). When spending a lot of money on products, I want the security of UPS, FedEx, etc so that packages can be tracked in real time and sent to a pickup location, if necessary to prevent theft.

I find that the online shopping experience always easy and straightforward. I truly cannot think of anything, on the side of the store, that could be done any differently but i have to mention that my last parcel arrived soiled and drenched in snow. This was the transportation company’s fault (and luckily, my purchase was not damaged). It was disappointing to receive the damaged box but that won’t stop me from purchasing at The Detox Market.

Haven't ordered on line, but shopped in-store on March 14th. The staff at the Summerhill store, 1170 Yonge St. , were extremely helpful as usual. Unfortunately, for the one product that I went for that day, the brand and colour I needed were not in stock. This repeated for the next brand we checked also. After a third attempt I was successful in getting a replacement. I don't love the product I was able to get, but at least I have eyebrows again. The staff were very apologetic. I would rate their service as great, and their willingness to keep trying to find a product as excellent, but the stock rating would have been "bad" at best given 3 attempts to pick up a simple eyebrow pencil.

The March box was a delight to open! I was so excited to try the new hair leave in conditioner and it smells sooo good! Brand New Day face scrub is a fantastic addition to my skincare routine and the three ships lip balm is a great one to try! It’s always so fun to open a package from the detox market Canada!

I appreciate learning about ‘clean’ make-up and Canadian products. I would rather see an email every 3 months and not as frequently as they have been arriving. If the emails continue I will have to unsubscribe because the volume is too much
