I guess if I had to mention one thing to improve it would maybe be response time for customer service? I know my friend has reached out before about an order she placed and she never heard back.

I absolutely love the detox market and the products you offer! The order placement, customer service, website are all amazing. The only reason I removed one star is the issues with the order delivery. Twice my order was delivered to the wrong address. First time I retrieved my order and second time the drive made an effort to get it for me but was not able to reach the person living at the address and didn’t want to wait so I had to go myself to do it and then send proof to the driver that I got the package. This upsets me and makes me reduce the number of orders to reduce the risk of wrong delivery address.

It would be nice to have more clean beauty selections (brands that you do not have yet and more selection of products within brands you already carry). Also, it has been a big disappointment that you didn't have your, Summer Bundle; was happy you brought your bundle back, early, for the Fall. I think you used to offer 1 bundle per season, but I believe you phased out the Spring one. It would be nice to have that one back as well. Your customer service is excellent! Thanks for everything.
