I've noticed less reviews than there used to be on some of the products and that has made it difficult to take the plunge. I always found the fact that customers are really engaged with the products and reviewing more helpful to convince me to make purchases for new products.

The detox market is my go-to place to order any face/body/hair products. They carry brands that I’m unable to find elsewhere. The website is easy to use and navigate and their packaging is thoughtfully done. I love their points system and when they offer GWPs or other discounts.

I wish you brought back the recycling program linked to the points program. It encouraged me to return my bottles and attend the store more often while receiving points for the task. As a result of the recent change, I don’t really visit the store often, not purchasing much and giving recycling bottles to the city.
