I like shopping at TDM because they have a wide selection of products that I feel good about buying and using. I took a star off because I don’t like that you can’t use your points with a code for example during a sale; I feel as though you should be able to use points whenever. Shipping threshold could be lowered as well.

Really enjoy the carefully curated product selection and offerings detox market has. I really appreciate the sustainability and brand insights included for a lot of the products, looking forward to that increasing. I also wish there was more details on product sizes, ml for each.

Took a little bit longer to receive my package , I did a bunch of orders that week with other companies with a few companies from the States and I got those packages well before I got mine from the detox market in Canada and I live in Canada , It was the last package I received and was hoping to get it a lot sooner but other than that the packaging and products were good.

Most information I need is online. If I do have a question, I find that I get a quick response. One thing that would be helpful: Offer free samples on products. Easier to make decisions on future purchases after trying a sample.

Careful handling of products before it reaches consumers because there were a handful of times where product was covered in dust or packaging was smeared and words were rubbed off. These presentation details matter to the overall experience of shopping with you. Include more new products more frequently and increase your line-ups. Maintain the clean beauty brands and provide less synthetic brands like Lohn and focus more on natural beauty brands that perform well, like May Lindstrom. Bring in more May Linstrom products, and their dandelion wand dispenser. Bring in More luxury products and new exciting products would be beneficial.
