Since you ask, what I would like is to receive samples of new products when I order. This allows me to sample new company's. You did it in my last order, which was so appreciated.

I've been shopping at the Detox Market for several years now. They've turned me onto so many incredible brands and products I don't think I would have discovered otherwise. They only carry high quality goods, I feel like everthing in the store is a safe bet. I like that you can try the testers in store. The staff are helpful and have recommended me some of my favorite products. I love this store and recommend it frequently.

Not a fan of the new recycle program. If you're going to release new items on the website, it should coincide with item release in the store. The events are always the same, so I stopped going.

Hello, my journey with you started with my request for samples of some of your products, which I was denied. However, I took the risk of purchasing a few products and thank God they worked for me. Since I have quite sensitive skin and my choice of products that I can use is limited. I think that for most people it is not enough to just read reviews and based on them to make an assessment of our needs and purchases. I think that when we order products from you, we may be added 2-3 samples. My last order was about 500 cad$ and not a single sample was added. With these samples, I personally can try to increase, diversify and alleviate my problematic skin. Samples make our lives much easier and the decision to buy the right product is made very easily.

I love Detox Market and am always excited to try new clean products, personally and professionally as a makeup artist. The people who work at the Summerhill Location are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Always happy with the products, especially the Sweed mascara I recently purchased and the in-person customer service at Union Station. The on-line support has been a bit hit or miss lately. And I am disappointed that I am no longer receiving free samples with my orders, especially when spending so much money. The free samples are a great way to try new products.
