I have had my TK-01 for almost 3 years. I have enjoyed it from day one from the ease of use, great flavor captured in each cup to how customer service handles bumps in the road. I have had bumps in the road and I still love my TK-01 every day. Terra Keffe has been the best company to purchase a super automatic machine from. I don't see myself moving away from TK... If your not sure between TK and any other brand. Stop debating it and get a TK 1 or 2. Everything about is better. Thank you

The TK02 is a massive upgrade in maintenance and simplicity over the TK01. We enjoy the easy cleaning, front access to refill water and remove pucks. The customization features are less intuitive, but for the casual user this will not be an issue. Nearly 200 drinks in and my house is very much enjoying the machine!

When I buy a new machine, it takes time for me to figure out. Initially I had a few issues and contacted the company. Their response was always quick and very helpful. I followed their suggestion, and it always worked. I can tell that they care about their customers and that they are very proud of their product.

2 years ago, we decided we wanted a fully automated coffee machine and started doing our research. There are so many machines on the market, but for us the clear winner was the TK-01. Why? -Cost- value is great -An external easy to clean milk frother was important - the design and color. A lot of machines are these big black boxes and I wanted a design piece -easy to set menu -me personally prefer the TK-1 because I don't want an app for everything. -coffee tastes is great -AND the machine is not as loud as many others Plus the customer service is great. You have to send an email, but you get a very quick response and they always work to find a solution and never leave you hanging.

Modes, options, and connectivity first rate! Support team is plugged in and ready to solve problems when they arise. Product team listens to users and have done great work making firmware updates and solving heating concerns. ... and... it makes superior espresso coffees... every cup, every time!! Happy I upgraded.

I absolutely love my TK-02! It’s like having my very own barista that doesn’t ever make a snide remark or over charge me! 😂 Seriously, this machine is a wonderful addition to our home, stylish, easy to set up and use, fun to operate. A little side note; don’t show or tell the neighbors about it; they will be knocking at your door first thing in the morning to save spending $7.00 at Starbucks for an average cup of coffee.

It was such fun to “ press a button” and get a latte/ espresso/ americano/ etc. Big hit in our home. A fair amount of cleaning maintenance, but worth the effort.

This machine is straightforward and easy to use. It is simple to dial in to get the taste you want, and then it delivers great coffee. I find myself making both hot and iced coffees with it, and it does both well. My family (there are 5 of us at home who use it daily) steam cow’s milk and oat milk in it every morning, and it foams both very well. Adjusting the foam is very easy. I did put a dab of white nail polish on the foam adjuster dial to be able to see where the dial marker is. Regular cleaning is necessary, but is a small price to pay for what this machine does. One small annoyance has been that the milk carafe for steaming cannot be screwed on all the way, or else the milk won’t foam properly. So we just set the lid on or give it a quarter turn. Maybe my carafe is defective?? I have not been disappointed!

I bought my TK-01 about 3 years ago. It took a while to get to know each other, and I understand now how sensitive my friend can be once in a while. But the cappuccino is most delicious, and I wouldn’t want to be without my TK-01!

I have had the TK-01 for about two years and so far so good. Only negative is that it gets very hot from time to time and I have to reset it. Other than that, it's been working great. I have more than 3000 espresso's to date and quality is getting better over time. Always get compliments from family and friends about the coffee maker.

Anything you think this machine can do, it does it and then some. So many customizable options! Most important part with a machine this advanced, they have excellent client support.

I'm 70 and I bought the TK-02 a month ago. So far every cup has been right on I look forward to every one. Well worth it should have had this machine 40 years ago. Thank You

Makes simply amazing espresso beverages. Sure, there are a few minor kinks to work out (speed to start up, the need to rinse on boot up and shut down, drinks sometimes showing up on app but not on display). The reality though is that once you get past those things, the quality of the beverages is better than Jura at twice the cost and blows Nespresso out of the water. I love this machine, every morning the house smells like a coffee shop and the drinks are better.

The tk-02 is a beautiful machine that has some flaws still. We love how easy it is to choose your drink, the app, and the modern style of the machine. Something that really bothers me, and is not so favorable is the fact that the lower tray fills up with water and diluted coffee and this occurs well after my coffee was made. So when I come home I have a wet, dirty tray that I have to clean. Additionally the machine releases steam and you pretty much need to have a cup under the machine at all times or else water gets everywhere. I reached out to support to see if these things were normal and they confirmed that it was.

There’s nothing but good to say about this machine. From the setup that is the simplest thing to customize you own style of brew type you want included any milk type with the frothing dial. Just one thing to say, just buy it.

For me this is not just a coffee machine, for me it is a work of art in my kitchen, I fell in love with this coffee machine at first sight, the build quality is 100%, thank you Terra Kaffe, you are the best 🩶

I was able to upgrade from a TK-01 to the TK-02 since it's 2 year past lifespan and having defects from the steam system. So far it is pretty accessible to make coffee from the app. It's easy to access the bin, milk froth, and water container without moving the machine to access it. Maintenance is more user friendly and helpful than the previous machine. Glad that drip coffee is native to the machine without modifications. It have some custom drinks to configure. It cool to experiment but seeing suggestions for others will not be a bad touch. Something we can just import community brew settings on the app. Overall, the design of the machine is great and has more features to use. More user friendly and hopefully with actual firmware update can help with resolving issues down the road.

Love this machine! Most of the coffee I drink is the drip but I also make cappuccino’s. They come out perfect with the right amount of foam. I love the app so you can adjust the drinks to your liking. One thing to be aware is the machine automatically cleans itself with steam around 4 to 6 hours after making your drink. It can be a little startling if you’re in the room when it goes off, so I turn it off when I’m done and back on when I’m ready to use it again. It will do a clean cycle when you turn it back on. Overall love this machine, in fact it’s my second one. I decided I needed one for work! Pricey but well worth it! Highly recommended!

I’m very happy that I chose the TK-02 for my new beverage station. It looks great! I’ve had it for three months and appreciated the latest software update- super easy. The taste is second to none and much better than my old espresso machine. Thank you Terra Kaffe
