Easy to use and easy to clean. The only improvement that would make it perfect is better milk dispensing. It sputters and I often have to hold the milk container up higher to help it flow. Yes, I’ve cleaned everything as I should.

Fantastic machine with customizable settings for our favorite daily brews…brewing bundle for easy maintenance worked without issues and is ready to go when the machine notifies for another cleaning.

She uses it every day. Took a couple to tries, but she nailed her perfect coffee routine. Would purchase again ☕️.

Im not a fan of how much water is wasted into the drip tray. This causes excessive cleaning and constant refills of the water tank. The machine also loses its WiFi connection regularly and must be unplugged and reset to function correctly. Not a happy customer.

Good customer service via email, but can take several emails to resolve problems. The TK-1 had customer service by both email and phone. The real-time talks by phkne resolved questions Very efficiently and created a positive view of the people / the company. Email- not so much.

I really am enjoying the TK-02 and definitely appreciate the app updates as well as the responsiveness of the Terra Kaffe team when I have had questions. While support (and direction manual) indicate that the water run-off into the drip tray is normal, it still seems like quite a lot. I also wish the water container had a greater capacity (or did not use quite so much water during rinsing operations). I realize size constraints of the current TK-02 model probably mean this is just something I’ll need to grow used to through daily use. Overall, I am very pleased. Thank you. Jim Gramentine

There are not many better things you could wake up to than TK-02. It’s like going to Starbucks without all of the BS and cost! My machine makes everyone in our household a perfect cup regardless of what they enjoy. The maintenance and cleaning is a breeze that anyone can do because of the simple to follow instructions on the screen in front of you. I can’t find one single complaint or additional options that could be assigned to this machine. In just two months we have paid for the machine in cost we saved not buying expensive coffee drinks. And you can cold brew coffee for the hot summer days! It’s worth the investment.

Messy to clean !

Everything was thought of in the design of this fantastic machine. Ease of load, cleaning and brewing coffee your way. The over the air updates and easy programming of your favorite brew is incredible. I cannot recommend this machine enough.

Ad a mom of 3 teens, it makes coffee so much more enjoyable! No more cleaning up leaving me with a cold cup, but a Ferrari style custom drink ready for me. Wish I had something like this when my teens were babies!!

TL;DR; PROS = quick, versatile, looks great. CONS = cleaning. I have other coffee machines in the kitchen, but whenever I need a coffee and I am in a hurry between meetings, I need great coffee, fast. I keep this TK-02 in my office. I love it. My wife loves it. Here are our thoughts and what could be better. Changing coffee settings, milk settings, and making coffee is a breeze (if you are not using milk). Drinks with milk are great, but connecting, disconnecting and cleaning the milk attachment - it works, but definitely feels you are working with a prototype. For the price tag, it should look and be better. Even though I use mine and put it back on the fridge right away, the rubber end that connects to the machine and the tube needs to be cleaned up every 1-2 days because the milk starts smelling weird. I graduated in Mathematics, 100% doesn't exist. This is as close as you can get to a 100% now and it is worth your money! But we gotta do our jobs as humans, keep complaining and helping our TK brothers building even better products! Congrats team!

The amount of times that I have to clean the catch tray filled with water vs. my other coffee machine is ridiculous
