The coffee and technology is so amazing! We bought one for our cabin and thought it would be cool to have special coffee when we go but we loved it so much and couldn’t part with it so we bought a 2nd machine! And coffee subscription through terra Kaffe because they literally roast the beans days prior to shipping.

We burn through different beans each month, trying different brews. Some are great, others not so much. The journey is fun but we ALWAYS come back to our favorite bean after our monthly adventures. The TK Classico House Blend is like a familiar place you go to. The flavors are rich, delicious and comforting. I can always tell when we have a new shipment of our Classico Bean because the box it is shipped in smells so good! Great coffee that you will reliably come back to time and time again.

Have not yet received the espresso cup I ordered, So cannot rate except to say the expected arrival date is 2 weeks after my order/purchase date. These days, that seems slower than what it should be.

I think the noise when turning on and off the machine is incredibly long. The on/off process can also be shortened a lot, it sort of takes forever and since y’all recommend us to turn it off and on daily, it’s kind of irritating. Also, the maintenance should be much easier. Also, not sure why only light/medium roast should be used (I know it’s cuz the oily ones will clog up the machine), but why? I’d also love a discount on the second model. I wasn’t able to afford it last year when I put it on reserve but would love love love to get it now.

Very easy to use and produces an excellent product. Surprised there is no option for a white power cord, however.

The coffee is good, but it is not hot enough.

This is a great product. I upgraded from my TK01 and I'm pleased. While my original Terra Kaffe espresso machine worked very well, the new unit actually produces a better shot of espresso, in my opinion. I do enjoy the convenience of accessing the pod tray and the water container from the front. The coffee bean hopper also works better in allowing the beans to feed through without having to stir them when the hopper is almost empty. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that it takes the machine quite a bit longer to start up.

Great coffee maker. It slaughters the Spinn. The coffee is delicious and the machine isn’t finicky. It is super easy to maintain and doesn’t have problems if left dormant for a period of time.

We love everything about this machine - except the upkeep! If we don’t remember every day to empty the drip tray, empty the waste bin and fill the water - we are interrupted making coffee the next day. Not truly anything to complain about - but perhaps it has room for improvement!

I was really looking forward to the release of this machine. I liked the sleek design and the ability to utilize the app. It has been a disappointment. It takes almost 6 minutes to warm up and brew an 8 oz. Cup of morning coffee. It requires clean up and maintenance every third day. I still can’t get the ground coffee feature to work. The milk dispenser is difficult to clean. I rarely use it unless I have time to clean everything out. The coffee/ espresso is good but very time consuming.
