Traveling to Ireland with 3 adults and 2 kids this worked great. Gave us the peace of mind while navigating through a country we were unfamiliar with. Provided enough coverage for all devices. No dead spots. Arrived prior to trip and easy to return after trip was complete. Will use again for sure.

Great device worked well and when we had any trouble remote service was fantastic. Sorted connectivity problems immediately and made it possible for me to extend the duration when my mum got stuck in Cyprus. Would highly recommend.

I made a business trip to Canada and used it for the first time. As the user before already wrote, I had also some questions but no problem with the chat service. Very nice and helpful. On site there was no problem and the WIFI worked without any problem. The connection was good. I think it was not the last time I used it ;)

This was my first time using Travel Wi-Fi. I chose to pick up the wi-fi from Charles de Gaulle and then mailed it back to them. There was a bit of a misunderstanding and I did have to call customer service to request another mailing tag, but their customer service was very friendly and helped me easily. I used it throughout my weeklong trip to Paris and it never failed to give me strong Wi-Fi so that I could use Google maps to get me around the city. I would 100% recommend Tep to a friend or anyone looking for strong wi-fi.

The TEP Mobile Wifi System/Unit worked well most of the time however, there were areas in Madrid, Barcelona and Vienna (a little less) that was spotty due to the narrow streets surrounded by buildings. It seems like the cell sites could not reach both or our cell phones in these narrow streets. This is to be expected and overall we were extremely satisfied with the TEP Mobile Wifi system. Other than the spotty areas, the Wifi Unit did its job if keeping us connected, on the internet and in finding our destinations. I would use TEP again!

We used it in February 2020 on a trip to the UK. The service was generally ok outdoors however it was very spotty once indoors. We drove from England all the way up to Scotland and found that overall on the major roads it was ok but we had a lot of trouble staying connected once we were indoors somewhere. We also used it in France found the same issue, it was also very spotty indoors but generally ok while outdoors. The customer service was very good, I had missed my dropoff at Heathrow since I had first entered security and the dropoff is in arrivals so I was in the completely wrong wing. I had to ship it back once I returned to the states but customer service was very prompt and courteous. The battery life was also very decent i got about 5-6 hours of use. However the spotty indoor service in Europe just keeps it from being a 5 star product.

Wonderful experience! Wifi was very strong- used in London and Amsterdam. Device is small enough to fit in my purse if it’s not a backpack day. I’d 100% use Tep again!

I used this service several times in Japan and it worked great. I used it recently in England and the service was spotty and slow.

As we were on the move so much it was necessary to keep in touch with friends and family in both the UK and Australia...the device was perfect even boosting hotel connections too. Wouldn’t travel without one now.

Not Good enough, I was in Liverpool and Manchester. The battery doesn’t last a full 15 hour day, and the signal is a little poor.

We rented a teppy for an 11 day trip to the UK. Besides sometimes taking a minute or two to fully connect after being turned on, the Teppy was a dream. It was easy and unbelievably convenient. I would recommend this to literally everyone!

Newer device was very reliable and held a charge for most of the day while out and about.

We have rented the tep for multiple countries over the last year or so- Thailand, Italy, South Africa, and most recently, Switzerland. We were no as satisfied with the product. In our opinion the new devices are not as reliable as the older ones.

I use this device is the second time I used it. I used it the first time was in France, it worked! Then I decided to use it in the UK again. Simple use, easy to set up, easy to pick it up, and returned. Keep connecting with your family and friends!

The device worked as advertised. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the unit and service. Set up was easy, the battery easily lasted all day long and the connection was amazing. Thanks for keeping us connected abroad, will for sure use again on any international trips!!

The Tep has always been our go-to when we travel abroad. We normally do not have any problems or signal but on our trip to Paris march 2020 we did encounter a problem that changes the 5 star to 4. Tep was able to resolve the problem after, but we had to wait until we got to our Airbnb and hooked up to the wifi to search what to do. Problem: No wifi/internet when we arrived in our location on our picked date in the afternoon. Tech support was great at solving the issue, but we needed to have wifi to call and troubleshoot the problem. After the problem was resolved, we had great service even with the rainy spring weather. Still would recommend Tep again, and will repurchase as well.

I used one of these to navigate my way around Paris during a layover on my flight to Greece and it was a life saver! It worked so well!

I use it for almost ten days in spain and portugal and it was awesome! It worked well, sometimes signal was weakened get loss but it resolves quickly. I forgot to add portugal when I purchase and called and they added without any problem, Customer services get, internet was great and being able to be informed in the peak of the coronavirus pandemic while in europe was crucial. Highly recommended and whenever I travel again I will use Teppy without any doubt again. lifesaver!!! Love it!
