Connection was great when close to land, but when sailing out even a mile off shore, connection weakened or disappeared. Occasionally while docking at night, I suspect the mountains of the islands interfered with the connection and depending on the harbor, I'd have either great connection or no connection.

I am using TravelWifi for years when visiting my parents in France. Teppy is working great. I can be connected anywhere. Long battery life, great wifi speed. With 5GB I am not limited to anything I need to do. Always arriving on time and easy to send it back. TravelWifi is very responsive for any questions 24 hours a day. I highly recommend TravelWifi for any stay with no wifi access, vacation or work.

We’ve used TravelWifi for several years when going on holiday to France, and this time we used it for a UK holiday cottage with no Wifi and a poor mobile signal. The Teppy arrived a couple of days before we left, and was incredibly easy to use and to return. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

We were away from home when there was a funeral service that was streaming from Europe. We used our Teppy to access the live stream and the video and the audio were perfect. Was a blessing in a difficult time. Battery lasted for multiple hours using 3 devices at once. We will rent again; we only need 2 or 3 times a year so not buying at this time.

Have used a Teppy several times now when visiting the UK, and find it just reduces all the hassle of having to keep looking for different networks and passwords as I travel around. Really good coverage wherever I went, and the battery seems to last forever. The customer service is great too - when I couldn't get online initially the chat helpline had me sorted within 5 minutes.

This is the 4th year we've used Teppy for our Aruba vacation...we use it at our condo where the WIFI is poor and we take it out to the beach and pool for connectivity as well...works great

The first time we got one, we were traveling through Ireland by car and it was a blessing! This time we took it with us to a Florida beach so the kiddos could continue online school while taking a quick break too. Worked like a charm.. they were in class while on the beach and loved it!! At one point the Teppy had an issue but the fantastic customer service fixed it for us in a couple of minutes. I’d recommend travel WiFi again and again!!

I have 2 kids attending online school and I am working remotely. Both kids needed video streaming for 5+ hours a day and I needed a secure network to complete my work. There was no way I was going to trust our hotels “free WiFi”. This hotspot was worth every Penny! Will be using again for our next adventures both domestic & internationally! Absolutely no interruptions to the service... would recommend to anyone who needs a travel hotspot!

This was perfect for WFH away from home. We had to restart it once a day, but it has great bandwidth and could handle really heavy stuff! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely great, I used it for four days, had a question and got answer both by email first then by phone to make sure I had got the answer. Wonderful tool and service !!!

Very dependable and fast! Only suggestion would be to let the user know hour many hours are left till reset in the local IP address status page.

The teppy is great rented it so I could work while my boyfriend drove across country and not one outtage!

This was my first time using a Teppy. I turned it on about 6 PM on the first day that I needed it and it took all night to get started, but the next day it was good to go pretty fast. I used it for about a week and a half and every few days it would slow down and lose signal for a little bit, but it would always come back stronger later. This product allowed me to continue to work and do my homework while on business with my family in another county. I would recommend and use it again myself!

This is not the first time we have taken a TEP on our travels and never had an issue with driving through France, Portugal on our way to Spain or Italy, however this time we were surprised to find that our 'Teppy' would only work in the destination country, we found this out while waiting for a forwarding flight at Gatwick and was told by the 'Service Centre' it would only work in our final destination of Spain, which it did very well, but what if we were driving to our destination as was normal ? Not sure a TEP will be the answer in the future with this restriction !!

The service is excellent and they do as they say. Efficient, friendly and precise. They even noted an error in the delivery estimate of the courier and fixed it - before we even noticed. Definitely on top of things. The equipment functioned less than the service - perhaps because of our location, I can't tell why because I am not a tech person, but this is the reason for 4 starts and not 5. Bottom line - yes we certainly recommend and will use this service again!

Everything was delivered as expected & product seemed to be in great shape. However, a few attempts to connect the signal in Tulum/Akumal did not work. Inside/Outside. Did not attempt to call customer service for a fix.

I’m a government contractor and have been using my sapphire2 in Europe for the last few months. This thing has been awesome with very few issues. I’ve only had one issue with connecting to my location, which was solved very quickly by Anah Khan through their Facebook Messenger Help Desk. Great/On the spot customer service in which solidified my assurance in the decision of choosing Sapphire. Keep up the good work guys and thank you!

Very happy with my first experience with travel WiFi. It was so easy to set up, received it on time and they provided the paid envelop to Send it back, so convenient! It worked very well in France even in remote places.

We were on the road out of state for a week. The place we stayed at was known for having congested/laggy "free" wifi (barely 1mbps up OR down on a good day). This little blue magic Teppy box gave us a consistent 20-30mpbs up and down our entire stay on both floors of our rental unit, even with iffy LTE coverage. AND it was easy to monitor our data usage so we didn't blast through the cap. I will definitely use this again. A+ from me!
