My first time renting a portable wifi hotspot for my Iceland vacation last week and TravelWifi delivered above and beyond! I scheduled the rental for Wednesday departure when I am already in Iceland, but my true departure to Iceland is Tuesday. I was so worried I would not get the hotspot in time but it was delivered by Friday via UPS Next Day Air! What's even better is that it comes with Tep's global travel adapter so I didn't have to buy one for my travel. Unfortunately I didn't read the instructions that I could twist the metallic prongs to extend it to fit the Iceland plugs and ended up buying a terrible USB adapter in Iceland for almost $17! The Sapphire 2 hotspot worked flawlessly throughout our road trip in Iceland from west coast to east coast along the south coast. We used it mainly so we could be connected to Google Maps and find our way around this foreign country. The best rental decision. I would rent again or even buy if I ever need this service again in the future.

Worked perfectly for the kids to school remotely for a temporary situation out of town. Would totally do it again.

I'm very happy with how it worked. I was in Hong Kong for two weeks then I took it to the U.S.A., it worked unexpectedly well, 4G speed, in addition the battery lasted 6-7 hours. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Some days fast and available, but some days slow and not fully available. Also in Tanzania, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand is the same. When needed, it did the job. Altough, i better like to have travelwifi more like local sim cards.

We used this during a business trip in the UAE (Dubai), a notoriously expensive roaming country. It worked great and was fast enough, we never ran out of battery, but then we topped it up every day.

We used this on a trip to a somewhat remote area on the coast. Super easy to use. Worked as promised. We overused it with streaming and got the "throttling" of our speed just once. Restored within a day. (Perhaps make clear that it's not "next day" bur rather 24 hours for the reset to full access. Overall, really pleased with the ease of use and ease of return. Will definitely use ths again.

So we had the 1G option which seemed slow often that we used free WiFi whenever we could. The ease of connecting and charging was nice though.

Went on a trip to Germany for a month and decided to use TEP for the first time. With everything closed, two kids, no reliable wifi where we going, we needed something that could keep us connected. When we arrived, it would not work and we discovered that instead of connecting to a German phone service, the only one available was Poland (we were staying near the border). Customer service quickly identified the issue and switched my requested service from Germany to Poland at the same price and had zero issues from then on. I will definitely be using them on my next trip. Thanks TravelWifi for making our trip a success. The kids also thank you!! :)

We rented a TEP for our cross-country move from NJ to Seattle WA because we were using Google Maps to navigate. Let's just say my family members are quite please we did not use up all the data allotted to our family plan LOL We actually got to the city earlier than we had planned, so we were able to bring the TEP around while exploring Seattle and its parks. It actually saved our butts before we were able to hook up our own wi-fi network in our apartment! Speeds were satisfactory, no complaints there! I would definitely recommend, and I would certainly consider renting another device for other trips!

We tried Travel Wifi for the first time in June 2020. It was extremely helpful to have the wifi backup for travel and for location when service was disrupted. We have since used Travel wifi for 2 additional trips and we plan to use it again in the future.

Ordered to enable holiday Zooms with a relative who doesn’t have WiFi, hotspots arrived early and were easy to operate; included postage paid return envelopes were icing on the cake.

It was perfect! Thank god this was available so that we were connected 24/7. We had to stay on emote day due to airline issues and I chatted for an extension and was able to get it done immediately. Thank you!

The Teppi works well. We did experience problems picking up and dropping of at Heathrows Terminal five. Staff not always present and confusion with their computer system

My family has used Travelwifi several times when traveling in Europe. Last weekend my daughter was married in the Hill Country of Texas. Due to covid-19 many of our invited friends and relatives could not attend the wedding. The venue did nor have wifi so we rented Travelwifi for the occasion. Customer service was very helpful. The device arrived on the day requested. The Zoom meeting was a success with friends watching all over the world!

Easy to order and when I needed to cancel due to travel restrictions I called customer service and got an actual person. I will definitely use in future travel.

The company was extremely flexible when I needed to change dates, etc. The wifi was good, although it could have been a bit faster. It’s definitely enough for most. I was streaming movies, Facebook, updating my software and out was still fast enough. I would use it again in the future

This is the third time I’ve used Travelwifi and it’s a perfectly working service that I would recommend to anyone. I have one suggestion to Travelwifi: Getting internet service can be a very difficult task for foreign students and other expats as they transition into living in France. Your company should offer a discounted long-term rental plan that can compete with other service providers. I would have stayed with Travelwifi if that existed.

Used it in Jamaica, seem to have an issue when other WiFi is around. Customer service Grace was able to help me on the chat. No complaints

Travel WiFi saved my life while transitioning from the USA to the UK. The WiFi device arrived exactly on the expected date, and it worked perfectly: great speed and signal (I was able to join all the Zoom calls I needed!), it was also super simple to use, with clear instructions, and one of the best customer service I've experience in a long time. I contacted Travel WiFi twice, one of those times to ask for an extension of the rental period, and received immediate answers and support. I was able to extend the service for 5 additional days very easily, and the return process couldn't be simpler. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
