This worked perfectly in Canada for me. Was easy and simple; giving 4 starts because of shipping fees

Used for my daughter for her remote learning during these covid times and it worked even were we had no cell service will be using this again highly recommend it

I drove for 8-9 hours to get to/from my destination, with about 6 of those hours being in the U.S. I didn't realize that the device would only work in Canada and not in the U.S. It would have been nice if the device had worked during my long car ride. Once I got to my destination, the device worked wonderfully but next time, I will be sure to order a device that works in both the U.S. and Canada.

My Teppy worked pretty well the entire time. Only hiccup was the limit of 5 devices and some WiFi loss in some places in Budapest. Otherwise it as good.

We took it on a camping trip where there was no wifi at all. It did work, however, it froze A LOT! Couldn't stream our TV or couldn't use our apps on our phone.

We took it with us on vacation to a cabin with out wifi. It worked exactly as it should have.

The unit arrived on schedule despite systemic shipping delays. The Customer Service team was incredibly responsive, they tracked my package within seconds of asking. Product worked perfectly for multiple devices. A+!

Excellent coverage for a fortnight in Iceland even in remote areas. Highly recommended!

The wifi worked fine; managed to work for a couple of days at the Belgian seaside, even participating in a zoom conference with only minor hickups

Unfortunately this year it didn't go as well as last year, but I'm not really sure, if the problem was the travelwifi. The problem: Although the signal indicated, that there was connection, we could'nt use our device, because for the devices there was no connection. So, sometimes it worked, sometimes it did'nt and as I needed the travelwifi mostly because I wanted to teach my students online, a couple of lessons had to be cancelled because of this problem. I really hope that the problem could be solved within the next summer, because the Travelwifi is convenient to use.

We had 5 of us working from home in Denmark for over a week. All users were able to connect and the speed was great considering. 10GB/day was plenty of data. and customer service was amazing!

Rented a TravelWifi when I first moved to London and had trouble connecting to the local internet. The wifi was fairly fast, and customer service was timely and excellent when I tried to extend my rental! Great experience overall. Only downside maybe Wifi runs out of charge in less than 10 hours and it doesn't give any alerts. Need to remember to charge it frequently!

I’m a wedding videographer. My client needed internet on a board to livestream to a client. We were worried it didn’t work. It did. And worked extremely well.

I rented this device because I was going on a camping trip while working from home and this device was awesome. I was able to be on several video calls a day and worked 8 hours a day without running out of data. I had coverage throughout our entire roadtrip even when our cell phones lost service. All in all highly recommend!

Rented a unit for 10 days. It was delivered in good time and the return process was easy. Overall the use was good. We did have a couple of issues with signal dropping out, but the 24/7 support line people were great and had us back up and running within 10 minutes each time. Would definitely use this company again.

I ordered four MiFi's for a 3 day travel trip and they arrived on time with no issues at all. Initially, the trip was only for 2 days and so I had to extend the rental on two of the devices but thanks to the prompt, timely, and kind support team I was able to manage all of that without hassles. I would definitely rent again!

I have now used travelwifi over 5 times and I always experienced great reception with the device and amazing customer service. I highly recommend!

Rented this to use in a vacation rental that didnt have internet and worked well for our family of 4...we streamed, we gamed, we surfed, etc. Only issue I had was that the instructions were very bare bones and while we could get it work fine, we had some issues charging and it would be nice to have a little more detail on what all the status lights mean, etc. Their website doesnt have anything either.

The device connected to internet and provided good service...when it held a charge. I charged the device for a couple of hours and after talking to tech support, it wasn’t even 10% charged (the amount it needs to have to access internet and provide WiFi while charging). They suggested using an alternate charger. When renting a device, it should come with a suitable charger or it should be clear that you should use your own. That would have prevented a headache and having to scramble to find alternate internet solution for something scheduled for which I got the Teppy.
