Sent me the wrong shoe size. I had to return them. Why not get the order right the first time?

Ordered product for overnight delivery on Thursday 2/26 for a birthday gift. Paid the extra for delivery on 2/27 and was not delivered. Asked for a credit on overnight fee and was given 8. 90 off

I I received my shoes today but the tennis ball machine I still not received a tracking number or a delivery date from supplier. . . . Can U check when will deliver? . . I ordered this item for health reasons. . . . am running out of time. . . .

Ordered a product now 3 1/2 weeks ago that was never received. Sent email to customer service 3 days ago asking for status or refund. Have receive nothing back - email or product. Have had to file claim with bank which is now being researched for a refund. Terrible!!!
