Love them!! I get all my pickleball gear from Tennis Express!! Always the best prices and easy returns .

Excellent customer service

Wait for demo tennis to arrive

Returns are always messed up. You have to call to get fixed otherwise you never get a credit after returns.

Tennis Express offers decent prices and sport specific merchandise. I recently purchased a sale item and wanted to exchange it for a different size. While it involved emailing customer service they were very helpful in assisting me. Like most online merchants they don’t offer a direct exchange, but was able to accomplish my goal with the help of customer service.

Well made and nice colors!

The site for me is great! What isn’t so great is the shipping cost to Hawaii! That’s what keeps me from ordering from you. Fix that issue and make me your customer!

I had a great experience with Tennis Express, and especially with Giovanni in Customer Care. I ordered women's tennis shoes that unfortunately didn't fit, even though they were final sale. Giovanni went above and beyond to help me, responding promptly to my emails and arranging an exchange for a different pair. He was professional, courteous, patient, and truly committed to making sure I was satisfied. I greatly appreciate his excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you! I'll definitely be a loyal Tennis Express customer!

Good customer service

Not my first time using tennis express. Had a bad experience day ago with one order. Need fast a tennis item and was not possible. Expecting two different order, Let’s see…

Actually I enjoy browsing for gear on this site. Plenty of information to make a decision!
