Great Tennis outlet with great products and with fast efficient service. I've been a client for many years. Here is a suggestion for you to be even better: Demo Racquets - Provide more precise data. You have tons of videos, specs, and data backing up each of the racquets you sell. Yet, when one demos a racquet, we all should know the exact type of strings and set up used for the Demo racquet. Clients should know the string setup. We all know the string brand , type and tension will play a huge part on the "feel" of the Demo racquet. When I reach back to your Team regarding what was used for my Demo racquet, I get very wide open answers. As in " it could have been a full bed of poly or a full bed of Multi. . " ; "it could have been a 16g string or a 17g string. . ". . . all our demo racquets are usually strung at 55 lbs" Think about it, your clients are ready to commit to purchasing a +$300 racquet. after taxes and shipping. It only makes sense that the client has the most specific information regarding what they are testing out. Makes sense? Anyways, this is intended as positive feedback for you guys. Nothing more.

Communication has been great when asking questions about demo racquet and to be able to get an extension due to the weather not being great to actually use the demo.

Hitting area for rackets and racket suggestions needs to be much better organized. Pre-teens and teens (customers?) were running the hitting area instead of knowledgeable adults. No store personnel came in for the 2 hours or so I was there. Frustrated trying to get professional help with rackets. Checkout for loaner rackets was very slow.
I don’t know about shipping, packaging because I don’t receive items yet. But before order it’s said that 75%off for buying items, I didn’t get off.

I haven’t yet worn or opened the boxes for my new shoes 12s but I think that I could be underestimating my growth spurt and still walk in a size 10 mens us when I could be a 10. 5 or size 11 46 UK
