Tennis express is my main go-to when shopping for tennis related stuff and I have bought many things from them and I love each thing I have bought.

I am disappointed that the wide women's tennis shoes are not on sale when the other sizes are on sale.

I received the demos today. Kate was a huge help. I was anxiously waiting to get demos, my racket broke, and after severla days contacted your company. Kate told me why the order hadn't even shipped yet, suggested immediate fix to problem, and now I have the 3 demos to try tomorrow. Hopefully one will be a good fit. Difficult to search all shoes at once, makes you choose from random categories. Ordered shoes, on back order, can't get updates on the site.

Very unhappy how my order was handled. Because I ordered so many items I was told I would have to pay over $400 in shipping. That makes no sense. Why wouldn’t you just box it in smaller boxes - if I had done it in separate orders there wouldn’t have been an issue so to charge me a 30% shipping fee is ridiculous

Excellent customer service and agent; helped me figure out how to accomplish my return and reorder. Very courteous and respectful. This kind of treatment makes me want to order again from Tennis Express. The online explanation of the return process could be improved. Explanations should be more simple; very complicated from my point of view.
