There were some problems with my recent order at Tennis Express. It took a few emails to get straightened out. Customer service at Tennis Express was very prompt in answering my emails and when the problem was resolved, Tennis Express was also prompt in sending my changed order.

I had an issue with the delivery of my order, and I created a ticket with customer service. Rudy Sevilla responded to me quickly and politely. After asking a few questions, he sorted out my problem. I appreciate his help and Tennis Express's policy regarding customer issues.

Used your demo program to evaluate 6 racquets. The service was excellent-quick, responsive and polite. I had to extend the second demo period due to a storm on he east coast and Brad was quick to reply to my request, very understanding and helpful - top class! For context I also tried to get demos from the Tennis Warehouse at the same time as my first request to you, some 6+ weeks ago.....I'm still waiting to hear from them and so cancelled my involvement with them once you responded. Well done!

Awesome customer service and lighting fast turnaround

Ordering and e-gift card was a terrible experience. I was not given the opportunity to input the recipient email. For 12 hours after I ordered it, my card was charged and my email was FULL of all kinds of marketing emails from this company - but no gift card in my email. Chat AI bot wasn’t helpful; I finally got an email address for customer support but it took hours to get a response. I finally got the card sent to me and then I forward to intended recipient. This was WAY too much trouble and stress. Next time I’ll just Venmo recipient. Peace out, I’m blocking your email address
