Ordered a product now 3 1/2 weeks ago that was never received. Sent email to customer service 3 days ago asking for status or refund. Have receive nothing back - email or product. Have had to file claim with bank which is now being researched for a refund. Terrible!!!

It was originally scheduled to ship on February 11. We waited, and when we didn’t receive a shipping notification or the package, we became concerned. When I checked the order status, it showed an additional two-week delay. Unfortunately, I was not notified, there was no email or communication letting me know about the change. I had to reach out myself to make sure there wasn’t an error. A simple update about the delay would have been appreciated. I placed the order on February 7, and now I’m still waiting to see when the racquet will arrive.
I have ordered multiple products and always have a great experience. Had to return an item recently and the process was very easy. I will continue to recommend Tennis Express to friends, family and my tennis/pickleball teams.
