Tennis Express has everything you need to play racket sports. All the shoes, apparel and equipment at fair prices. The customer service is 5 star and 1st class. Haven’t had any bad experiences dealing with them. Would recommend them.

I find it hard to believe I could not exchange a shoe gift based on size without additional cost. Instead this company preferred to incur the return costs and a lost sale and future customer that has not purchased from this company previously.

I ordered a tennis racket on December 22, 2025. I still haven’t received it. It has been delayed 2 times because of the strings haven’t been available. No one from tennis express has contacted me to explain the delays. I have called asking the status of my delivery just to find out it is delayed again.

As a racquet stringer, it would be nice to be able to get stringing patterns for various rackets. . . . . perhaps a link?

I am very glad for your warranty on the Adidas Barricade line of men's tennis shoes. It would be nice to use the credit for sale items that require a special code for the extra discount.
