How we present the reviews
Your site looks great š! It is a much better shopping experience, and the details and info ā¹ļø on the playability of the raquets is very good and helpful, buying from your site was a good easy experienceā¦thank you and success !! Alberto
Ismael (if Iām not mistaken that was his name) was very helpful and informative while I decided on new shoes to get for my upcoming high school season. Even with me showing up 30 minutes before closing he was patient and helped me get the best pick for my needs.
Amazing stuff
This was my first time ordering from Tennis Express and it was wonderful. The shoes I ordered were out of stock. Manny reached out and offered three similar options as an alternative. Although the shoes I selected were slightly more expensive, Manny offered the shoes at the original lower price. It wasn't about the money. I would have paid the higher price. It was about the top-notch customer service and the entire experience. Bravo Manny and Tennis Express. You have a customer for life.
THE BEST
Good prices, reasonable delivery time. However they hound you with constant email blasts. Unsubscribing of course

Great sales and if necessary easy returns.
Did not ship until 4 days after the order.
Iām a USTA tennis player and Iāve been purchasing cases of balls from you for over 10 years. We mustāve received a bad batch because some of the cans we opened the balls go flat quickly or just plain donāt bounce straight out of the can. I contacted returns and theyāre giving me a hard time about it.
