Iit would be 5 stars except for one issue. The paddle I bought came in a box and was losse without any packaging material. No damage thankfully to the actual paddle. But does make the experience feel less than perfect.

Only thing that tennis express can do better is making a mobile app

Delivery was quick, however, I had to return. Size charts on website are inaccurate and very general. Shipping to me was free; return shipping was subtracted from my refund. Since the items sizing were so different from site measurements, seems like it was TE’s issue, not mine. Return was easy, and refund was issued promptly.
