My Christmas gift turned out to be the wrong size and he did not like the Silver color. I have returned / sent them back. Letting my special guy buy his own shoes!

I ordered two tennis skirts for my wife on 12/5 for Christmas and they never came in. I sent an inquiry about them after Christmas and the only response I got was they were out of stock and the order was being canceled and refunded. Sure would have been nice to know this before Christmas so I could have purchased them somewhere else. Terrible communication and lack of care for the customer. I probably won’t ever order anything from here again.

Bought shoes online back in November. Shoes were in stock online. Several days later received an email stating that the shoes were backordered and expected in late December. At least they gave me an option to cancel the order. Thought I would stick it out and wait for the shoes. No update until I reached out to them after late December. Now shoes should be in stock in late January. That's 2 months late! Keep the website inventory current so this doesn't happen. Waiting 2 months is ridiculous!
Received my order which was a gift in plenty of time. Recipient loved it!

I have not still received my machine. I ordered the Pickleball lobster champion. Received it got text that it was on its way December 22. I called on Friday spoke to a gentleman. I think his name was Justin but my sales lady supposed to email me her name is Crystal and let me know what’s going on. today, Monday I’m supposed to be expecting an email from Crystal what’s going on with my lobster machine
You do everything right. From customer service to the website experience to fast, reliable shipping, it’s all on point and truly best in class. The only feedback I’d offer is from a branding perspective. Your logo feels a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. A more modern mark would better reflect the quality of your brand and the experience you deliver. For example, take a look at the old US Open logo to the new. Overall, an outstanding company that clearly cares about doing things the right way.
Service due to a need to exchange was professional and handled perfectly . Luis was my customer service person and I could not ask for a more qualified representative.

My order was a preorder, & I didn’t mind waiting the 10 days or so. I’m now at least a month out from that & item postponed. It was on sale so I’m hesitant to cancel but getting close.
