I had to reach out to customer service because my first order did not ship. So it took about 3 weeks for me to get my shoes instead of one.

At first I had a difficult time switching string tension and color at checkout. Then when I shared my stuff to my daughter. So she could pay. I had start over my cart. That was annoying. But over all, the items came on Thursday like it said. Everything was awesome. Love the racquet 🎾, backpack, visor and 2 towels.

I recently purchased several demo rackets and ultimately a new racket from Tennis Express after using a tennis racket advisor tool I built as part of my affiliate work in the tennis space. What surprised me was that the advisor actually helped me personally narrow down the right racket for my own game. After testing a few demos recommended by the system, I ended up selecting the Wilson Blade 104 V10, which has been an excellent fit. My experience with Tennis Express throughout the process was outstanding. The demo program worked exactly as expected, shipping was fast, and customer service was extremely responsive. I even forgot to apply a discount during checkout, and after emailing support, Sophia quickly adjusted the order without any hassle. One thing I also want to mention transparently: since I’m an affiliate partner on Awin, I noticed that commissions were generated on my own purchases. Those commissions should obviously be reversed, and I’ve attempted to contact the affiliate team several times regarding this but haven’t received a response. As both a customer and developer, I genuinely believe guided product selection tools will help tennis players make more confident purchasing decisions, especially with how technical racket selection has become. Lack of communication. I ordered a tennis racket on 5/10/2026 with an expected delivery on the 14th, but I didn't receive any email about the order status until I called on 4/14 and found out that they don't have the racquet. I needed asap for the weekend

I had ordered an item that was marked as final sale so, wasn't sure when it was apparent I received the wrong size (clothing was mismarked) if I would be able to return it. After prompt replies to my inquiry by Tennis Express and sending photos of the tags as requested, they made it very easy to return the clothing and sent an email saying the correctly sized item was on its way. I have already submitted the return with the label provided to me via email. Thank you for making this extremely easy!

i called and spoke to manny. i bought my racket unstrung but it came with strings. what kind of strings are they and what is the tension. i already send an email about this and sent 4 pictures of the raquet. manny said he would get the answer
