While I am happy with the articles I received, I have still not received 3-4 other one and have not been updated on status.
Nobody is perfect but you guys do a great job!
Your service was good and return policy is super, however, shoes width was not clear for some of the shoes, which caused shoes not fitting well and generated returns.
I love the option of trying out racquets. My daughter found the right size and weight.

I ordered Nike tennis shoes on 01/13, that were not available until 01/31 for shipment, which I was ok with. My credit card was however charged on 01/13 vs. upon shipment. NOT OK. February came and I did not receive shipping any notificiation, so I called Tennis Express. Only then was I infomred about a factory delay and that my shoes will not be available until 04/20!!! NOT ACCAPTABLE TO NOT BE NOTIFIED! I was offered shoes in differnt Color, different shoes and 15% discount or full refund. I ended up purchasing a different shoe that will hopefully fit well and meet my needs on the court. Tennis Express made it right, but only because I followed up. Good cutomer service should be pro-active so customer follow up in not required.
When I have talked to people on the phone or even in my emails, I have been dealt with very professionally. However, I feel better communication on Tennis Express’s part to me in regards to the tennis bags I have tried to order would have made my experience doing business with you much better. I started this process on December 27 and after a call to you in late January as to the status of my bag, I then found out it was discontinued. I ordered another one and after an email to you this week to check on the status once again, I found out that one was back ordered. It’s me reaching out to you to see what the delay is for something I am ordering from you that has been a tad aggravating. I really just want my tennis bag, but would have appreciated it in a more timely matter and you folks letting me know that my order was going to take a couple of months. Thank you for letting me vent.

I had an issue with not receiving the delivery, and I had to wait several weeks for the investigation. In the end, I received a refund. Although I could not get the item I wanted, I would like to thank you for your commitment and customer support throughout the process.
Came in for a new pickleball paddle. Sean walked me through the paddles for my level of play and set me up with some demo paddles to find the one that I liked best. I really appreciated the time Sean spent to help me make a purchase.

So when I bought my racket it said BUY not PRE ORDER and so when I finalized my order I found out I wasn’t getting my racket until June? I don’t know if this is a problem with the website but I think I should’ve gotten a warning that it wasn’t getting here until June before I purchased it
