I had purchased a case of defective tennis balls and wrote a product review. Seeing that I was dissatisfied they contacted me offering a refund or replacement case. I will always be a loyal customer with service like that!!!

Return information is confusing. It would be better if the product says whether it can be returned for free or there's a fee included. Items over $50 can be returned for free and if the order contains only one order then doesn't matter if the item price is $1 or $1000, there would be a return shipment fee.
