Puntuali e professionali!!

Ho comprato sia il marsupio che una canna da pesca. Sono veramente soddisfatto e consiglio a tutti i prodotti di Tenkara Rod Co. Acquisterò ancora da loro. Grazie

Good job

Shipping fine - communication poor. The first time buyer discount was cumbersome & did not work.

We will have to finish the review after we have had a chance to use it

Sorry that my Teton tip could not be replaced and that I had to purchase a Sawtooth tip for a replacement.

Fast shipping and just as described

The directions and info on the sight helped me get set up

It was normal. My enthusiasm for patting you repeatedly on the back is that my rod tips keep breaking and somehow they are never replaceable, or your process becomes so byzantine that i give up. I own three rods, i buy line, you get my money. But please stop begging for reviews and acting like your customer service is anything but normal

Amazing

Order shipped super quick and the hat was beyond what I expected when I got it.

Why am I being asked to write a second review?

Great service and speedy delivery

It was a wonderful experience and I have enjoyed watching the videos and by doing so answered my questions before I asked

The equipment I bought has not been tested yet, but it seems solid and functional.

High quality customer service, fast shipping, 10/10 would recommend their service and videos!

Second Tenkara rod purchased. Very happy with quality of the Rocky (and previously the Sawtooth. Imagine the Rocky would fish well but haven’t tried it. Ordered full kit in December and still waiting to receive the line, flies etc. Have emailed repeatedly and feel like I’m getting nowhere. Maybe this will get some attention. Happy to amend to 5 stars when I receive what I paid for. It’s more than an issue of principle. It’s impossible to get furled lines or any Tenkara gear in Australia. Use the rods for freshwater bass and saltwater species. Look forward to using the Rocky. Please resolve this 😁

Love the flies. But was bummed to not ever receive the promised bonus holiday gift. And only got 95 flies I think.

Great people , Great products. Find your zen with Tenkara rod co stuff!

TRC is great to do business with. Thank you!
