Since you asked about shipping - it was not not perfect. I ordered two coozies and the first shipment only included one. I was asked to send a photo of the first shipment before the second one would be sent out. That step seemed unnecessary The second shipment arrived postage due to the tune of about 6 bucks and trip to the post office. Love the coozies though.

Lightweight and cool comfort

Sierra rod part replaced under warranty. Seamless transaction. Friendly, easy, & quick response. These guys are the best! My Sierra rod has proven the perfect companion when fishing for mountain trout on hikes. Family & friends have followed my lead, purchasing their own & joining me. Fun & easy way to catch fish. Portability adds a new dimension to hiking mountain streams, or roadside fishing spots along rivers.

The Backpacker rod is amazing. The craftsmanship, functionality and the overall spirit of this rod is amazing! Nice work

Good

They do a good job getting packages out and delivered on time

Ordered two tip section replacements for the Rocky and Sawtooth. Haven’t actually broken mine (yet) and hope I don’t. Ordered these - posting to Australia - to reduce down time in the event of breakage. Ordering simple. Tracking postal movement in the US was quick…and then it arrived in Australia…and the wheels slow down. When it did arrive, packaging was excellent. The very fine tips were well protected. Tips were excellent quality. Highly recommend. Only suggestion I have is please establish a supplier in Australia!

My 10 year old says it came with good tools, but wishes it came with a bobbin threader

I bought this rod to take along on hikes in the woods and pond hopping in the neighborhood. I’ve caught a bunch of nice trout and bluegill with it. So simple, so portable and so much fun! The perfect rod for small streams and ponds.

This magic stick collects hogs from streams like nothing else

I forgot to add a code to my order and the customer service team handled it in a timely manner.
