Never delivered, couldnt get in contact with the courier. Cant receive a replacement now as Im no longer working in the USA. Bit of a shame as it looks like a really great rod.

Since you asked about shipping - it was not not perfect. I ordered two coozies and the first shipment only included one. I was asked to send a photo of the first shipment before the second one would be sent out. That step seemed unnecessary The second shipment arrived postage due to the tune of about 6 bucks and trip to the post office. Love the coozies though.

Frustrated as the lilian is either stuck inside the rod tube or missing. I also can't get the rod to collapse fully - probably for the same reason. Hoping someone will contact me to walk me through how to fix this as I can't find a phone number to get help.

Ordered two tip section replacements for the Rocky and Sawtooth. Haven’t actually broken mine (yet) and hope I don’t. Ordered these - posting to Australia - to reduce down time in the event of breakage. Ordering simple. Tracking postal movement in the US was quick…and then it arrived in Australia…and the wheels slow down. When it did arrive, packaging was excellent. The very fine tips were well protected. Tips were excellent quality. Highly recommend. Only suggestion I have is please establish a supplier in Australia!

Inaccurate customer service, warrantee not honored, discount on a new rod is not the same as a lifetime warrantee.
