Great product

I purchased this rod, waited approximately 6 weeks for delivery. Unpacking the rod for the first time, the tip broke off and another section was damaged. I notified customer service and initially was told I’d be charged $30 for the warranty repairs. I objected and said I’d just return the rod. The agent agreed to send the new sections at no charge. Weeks later, I still hadn’t received the sections and was repeatedly told they were on the way. Finally, the agent admitted that one of the sections wasn’t available and suggested I send the rod back for repair. I said no way. First of all, this rod is super fragile. I’ve been handling fly rods for decades without issues. Secondly, your “lifetime warranty “ that you promoted was anything but that. If this happened in season, I should plan to be without for months?! Not acceptable. I am returning the entire package for a refund. You guys need to get your act together. This type of service will put you out of business quickly.

Never delivered, couldnt get in contact with the courier. Cant receive a replacement now as Im no longer working in the USA. Bit of a shame as it looks like a really great rod.

Since you asked about shipping - it was not not perfect. I ordered two coozies and the first shipment only included one. I was asked to send a photo of the first shipment before the second one would be sent out. That step seemed unnecessary The second shipment arrived postage due to the tune of about 6 bucks and trip to the post office. Love the coozies though.
