I was sold a rod with no instructions. The gear is beautiful. Watched a few videos to get me started. Produced no bites. Watched a lot more videos with same results. Still watching more videos and trying to figure out if the flies I have don’t work in my area. I manage to catch with bait in same spot. Zero fish with my Tenkara

The Kebari Kit I purchased is a complete kit with everything you need to rig your Tenkara rod up for fishing. Quality merchandise with a great little bag to put in. Highly recommend.

What disappointed with the quality and the service. I bought 2 of the bundles and both broke at the number 2 sections on the first use without heavy use or abuse. Reached out to customer service and never heard back. Was disappointed I couldn’t get a replacement section or a warranty.

I had a return (we got a deal on the Fully Loaded Pack so we didn't need the Kebari Kit Bundle), and followed their instructions exactly. A week after the package was supposed to arrive at their warehouse I had not heard anything. They said they would not process a return without tracking information (this is not listed anywhere in the return instructions) and by that time I did not have the receipt. I had to jump through several hoops to find the tracking info (HUGE thanks to the kind post office lady!!). Turns out it had arrived at their warehouse 9 days prior. They processed the return (for less than it should have been, and NOT according to order number in the box) within 2 hours! If I had not been able to find the info they never would have refunded me. Go read their Facebook reviews before you purchase. Their customer service is the worst and lost them our business.

My husband loves this. I bought this for him as a gift. He is excited to use it this spring on our camping trips!

Never received item.

Great product

I purchased this rod, waited approximately 6 weeks for delivery. Unpacking the rod for the first time, the tip broke off and another section was damaged. I notified customer service and initially was told I’d be charged $30 for the warranty repairs. I objected and said I’d just return the rod. The agent agreed to send the new sections at no charge. Weeks later, I still hadn’t received the sections and was repeatedly told they were on the way. Finally, the agent admitted that one of the sections wasn’t available and suggested I send the rod back for repair. I said no way. First of all, this rod is super fragile. I’ve been handling fly rods for decades without issues. Secondly, your “lifetime warranty “ that you promoted was anything but that. If this happened in season, I should plan to be without for months?! Not acceptable. I am returning the entire package for a refund. You guys need to get your act together. This type of service will put you out of business quickly.
