Good service

Good products, quick shipping everything I needed to get started with a rod that I’ve had for probably 10 years now. I misplaced everything that goes with it so now we’re ready to fish

I’m loving the rod

Service as advertised

Excellent, on time, fantastic

Seems like a nice setup. I would give it 4 stars but I didn't get everything. It was missing the line for the rod. I was told that some would be shipped, but somehow that is lost in shipping also. I was told "let's wait 10 more days", still nothing and no one has reached out at all, over 2 weeks now. The other reason for not getting 5 stars, it took 2 weeks to get my order. Come to find out, they weren't in stock, even though the website didn't mention that, it said other items weren't in stock, but not this.

Rod is outstanding, very responsive. Tube is bomber, “Fish on”

If you are asking me to talk about the shipping well it has a lot to be desired, my first order went missing somewhere between where it was sent from and my home.

Tenkara Rod Co. Is in my opinion one of the companies that seems to be overlooked, and im not sure why! They offer great products, great service and bring fun and adventure to the sport.

The Rocky is a great Rod. It is not, however, best used in the Rockies. I purchased this rod in error - I should’ve gotten a smaller rod for the rivers I’m fishing in Colorado. The reason for 3/5 stars is because returning the rod is not realistic. It costs half the price of the rod to return it. Upside: I have a great rod. Downside: I’m stuck with the wrong great rod.

1 out of 2 parts was correct. I wish the "contact us” email actually worked on your website. I had asked for clarification because my rod has 7 parts including the tip and the options I got for ordering replacement sections only had 6 options including the tip. So I had waited for a response but didn't hear back so I ordered what I hoped was correct but I got 1 section that was needed but the other was a section that I didn’t need. So unfortunately it still sits waiting for the correct parts. I just bought another rod from a competitor and they actually sent me with the rod a free tip! Would still love a backup rod!!

This is a great kit to get started on the water immediately and catch fish.

WELL MADE AND EFFICIENT, GREAT PRODUCT!!

Was fast and simple. Product was great for getting me started and on the water fast. Ready to step up to the floating hybrid line!

Keep up the good work!

Always a pleasure great service

The Beartooth I feel is a great size for me just starting out. It's size makes it very versatile and easy to hike with.

Ordered a rod tip I didn’t realize there was a color option. This one was white. I would rather have black.

Hey the team at the office sent me a replacement section, the end tipping that came unthreaded and backed up the product. I’m sold and have now purchased my second backpacker. Thanks guys!

Worth the wait. All the products in the bundle arrived well packed and on time.
