The bag arrived on time and was well-packaged; Tenkara's email newsletters are useful. Five stars for intelligent products and intelligent blogs.

Had an issue with my order no fault of Tenkara Rod Company but their expeditious and timely response to get back to me and resolve my problem was superb and that says a lot about their customer care, philosophy and business acumen and that is outstanding. Thank you, Pat

I had a great experience with Tenkara Rod Co customer service and sales

This rod has reignited a passion for the outdoors and connecting with nature and my family in ways that I have put on the back burner for far too long. It's a beautiful rod, a joy to use, and so far has gotten my son and me quite a few beautiful catches.

Great company

Shipped fast, arrived in pristine condition, very happy.

Great servicei got my order quickly

Thank you !! Love my Sawtooth

Zoom zoom!! My first Tenkara Rod for Backpacking. Loved the Teton Zoom ( can set to two different lengths ) so much I pre ordered the “Backpacker” For my next trip!!

Super responsive and top quality. Very happy with my experience. Tim

Just completed a Newfoundland and Labrador trip. 11 days, 4000 km on a dr650. Camping and cooking the whole time. Needless to say I had to pack light and bring only the necessities. My tenkara rod fit no problem, and barely took up any space. Landed 4 brook trout which kept morale high during a rainy, cold trip.

Perfect experience. Great packaging and presentation.

Took my new sierra rod on a trip through the airport in my carry-on to Spokane and did some urban fishing between sessions just outside the convention center on the Spokane river. My 11yr old son and I both caught small trout in the shallows. The tube kept my rod safe from through the airports.

Perfect

great product, bought two…use them when harvesting in the garden or when actually foraging on our 70 acres of mixed hard woods, prairie and riparian corridor
