I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of support I received regarding my missing Hafu delivery. Despite previous communication with customer service throughout my pre-order, my attempts to resolve this issue have been met with silence. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially given the value of the product and my previous engagement with your team.

To say this was a disappointment would be a gross understatement. . . No stars
