Ordered two tip section replacements
Ordered two tip section replacements for the Rocky and Sawtooth. Haven’t actually broken mine (yet) and hope I don’t. Ordered these - posting to Australia - to reduce down time in the event of breakage. Ordering simple. Tracking postal movement in the US was quick…and then it arrived in Australia…and the wheels slow down. When it did arrive, packaging was excellent. The very fine tips were well protected. Tips were excellent quality. Highly recommend. Only suggestion I have is please establish a supplier in Australia!

Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with purchasing replacement parts for both my White Cloud and Sawtooth Rod. After making two separate orders my rods are still out of commission because the replacement parts are incorrect or out of stock.

Had an issue with my order no fault of Tenkara Rod Company but their expeditious and timely response to get back to me and resolve my problem was superb and that says a lot about their customer care, philosophy and business acumen and that is outstanding. Thank you, Pat

Seem like nice guys, but
Seem like nice guys, but I haven't even been able to use this pole cuz. I accidentally broke it when I was showing it to my dad. The second section from the tip accidentally hit it on a chair and broke it. . And so I ordered a part online, and was sent the wrong part. . asked them nicely to send me the correct one. And they won't do it. insisted that I send them the entire Pole back to them. Why would you even have a section on your website Saying you can buy spare parts. . we both know what Pole I bought. And exactly which part of the section of the Pole that I need replaced. So why would it be difficult to just send me the correct part? Especially after I was sent the wrong part. .
