I will definitely buy luggage from this site in the future if needed. The prices of items on sale are slightly better than in stores and shipping was fast. I'd like to see more products in the Clearance section for customers who aren't fussy about colour and style.

Worst customer service ever I purchased a sling bag a few years ago online and was still within my warranty,and when I tried to get help with this , I emailed and called, no answer nor reply. I then bought the same bag online and by the time it arrived I didn't want it and tried the return process but it wouldn't up load my pictures and couldn't proceed without them so I gave up. This was always my go to brand but not any longer
