I am very happy with this brand, so when my >10 year old Swiss Gear backpack was drawing its last breaths I wanted to get another one :) So far my new one has been feeling comfortable and it has all the things I need and more.

Very pleasantly surprised when we heard back from Swiss Gear after a lengthy wait for our warranty claim. They lived up to their guarantee and replaced the faulty luggage very promptly free of charge.

I did not receive the same back pack in replacement of the one I had an issue with. The one I got does not have the back compartment for my laptop.

Arrived on time and tracking was accurate. Packaging was great and pack came out mint. In terms of function, it met all expectations against what was advertised. I’m on my first trip now and held onto carry-on handle really well - which I was surprised given it’s only an elastic - we’ll see how that wears over time. Only other point I will make is that the tablet pocket is a bit small. I put in a naked iPad Pro 11” and it’s a bit tight to put in. The laptop backside is monstrous compared to my MacBook Pro 13. It looks like you can fit a tank of a laptop in there - will probably use in the future for magazines/book even for travel.
