Overall great experience with a warranty claim on a 6 month old bag. It's unfortunate that the zipper failed, but SwissGear really does stand behind their products. They were quick to send me a replacement unit and the process was seamless. My previous bag lasted 9 years of daily work use, and looking forward to the same quality.

Overall I was disappointed with the customer service. I was able to place my order then order appeared to get stuck or lost as no updates. I wrote an email enquiry asking for update when I realized it would not arrive on time for Mothers Day (as was gift ordered on April 17). Then followed up with chat. They said they would escalate as unable to answer status question. I then got told order was processed the day before, which is suspicious as only on the day I reached out on chat that I started getting updates that order was moving. No transparency or explanation, no apology for delay and frustration. I feel it was a missed opportunity- mistakes happen but own it, be transparent and apologize. Not sure if I can recommend or purchase again based on customer experience

Worst service- unresponsive.

I placed an order with Swissgear but wanted to make a change. I couldn't get anyone to actually "speak" with me. Their CS is strickly online chat which is at best frustrating. That said, I initiated a chat conversation and learned I could cancel my order upto one hour after placing it. I was still within the one hour time frame when the conversation was started but by the time I finally got the customer serice agent to look into my cancelation request the time had elapsed and was a couple minutes beyond the 1 hour threshold. The person I was dealing with was clearly dealing with multiple other chat inquiries as the delays in getting responses to my inquiry took forever. I was subsequently informed the hour to cancel my order had passed and there was nothing the agent could do for me. In my opinion - the hour past because of their own delays. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the Swissgear CS and find it hard to believe this is the type of service a company would offer to its client base. Thanks for reading!

La première valise a été couverte mais la deuxième avec un bris semblable n’a pas été couverte. On a invoqué un bris du transporteur. I had a warranty replacement but was provided only one month to use it and a lot of items were sold out and pushed me into a corner to just get whats available because i was told i wouldn't be able to get another code to use it past 30 days and too bad so sad. That was a very poor experience considering all the work that goes into submitting the warranty claim. I have been a long time customer and never did a warranty claim until now and was really disappointed. I ended up buying something i didn't love.

I am very happy with this brand, so when my >10 year old Swiss Gear backpack was drawing its last breaths I wanted to get another one :) So far my new one has been feeling comfortable and it has all the things I need and more.
