The whole process was perfect.

Swiss gear provides a real warranty. As long as you can provide the information required they warrant the luggage and rectify ina very quick manner.

Great, only issue was during warranty claim it wouldn’t let me submit more than one picture

The two cases look great and well-made. A little heavier than I expected, but I believe that only means they are sturdier, which is what I want. Looks quite functional and attractive.

It was slightly confusing to try to get warranty replacement on two items at the same time, and slightly annoying that i couldn't get two of the same style. I would have preferred to just have new wheels sent to me instead of two different style replacements. However, in the end it was all taken care of and everyone was polite and professional. I still consider SwissGear a trusted brand.

Livraison rapide et produit conforme à la description. Poche pour une bouteille d’eau limité petite. J’aime les divisions

Customer service was excellent and all the representatives who handled my claims were very professional and understood the values of customers.

Service was very good

Good service

Swissgear Canada has always been great to me. The products are top class. I have bought many different types for products from Swissgear Canada and I'm sure I will continue to do so.

It’s a great purchase! Lots of space, many different sections, Prefect size to bring in the flight cabin, and a very light weight which doesn’t blow the allowed 7kg when you travel in local flights. Plus: easy to carry!

Great purchase. Love the bag.

Livraison très rapide. Sac a la hauteur de mes attentes. Vraiment contente.

The Customer Service personnel were very helpful in obtaining the required warranty documents on my behalf

Bad quality / zipper jams

Excellent service I’m very happy with my new suitcase . It’s nice to deal with a company that stands behind their warranty . I have 2 other Swissgear suitcases and glad I bought them .

Suit case

Cheap bagpack, do not recommend to buy. It's made in China, which was a surprise for me. Doesn't worth at all for the price

I did not expect the backpack to be so heavy. As a first time buyer this was disappointing and not expected for such a high-priced item.
