I did not expect the backpack to be so heavy. As a first time buyer this was disappointing and not expected for such a high-priced item.

I am very pleased with the way my warranty claim was handled. Nora, the representative who helped me, was very nice, and always responded very quickly. This was my second warranty claim and they both were very smooth, and done to my satisfaction.

I couldn’t be any happier with the backpack; it has all the companies needed, and then some. SWISS, a trusted brand I have purchased in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

I had a failure of a 25” luggage zipper . The bag arrived on the claim carousel wrapped in a huge plastic bag due to failure of the zipper pull device. Swiss Gear had easily followable instructions to make a claim , honoured the warranty , and replaced the bag at no cost ( other than shipping ) . Great service !
