Excellent service and experience with Swiss Gear warranty and ordering. Ordered a warranty replacement luggage which was promptly shipped and delivered.
The website was relatively easy to traverse. Shipping time took a bit longer than expected.

I had a failure of a 25” luggage zipper . The bag arrived on the claim carousel wrapped in a huge plastic bag due to failure of the zipper pull device. Swiss Gear had easily followable instructions to make a claim , honoured the warranty , and replaced the bag at no cost ( other than shipping ) . Great service !

Process was very easy to follow to submit a warranty claim. I was very impressed by how quickly I received information back regarding my claim. Within a week my luggage was replaced.

I like this backpack is a bit larger to hold laptop and a change of clothing for the weekend
Of course not stain proof. And the area that expands could easily rip open if damaged. After use on first trip handles broke off once damaged and no warranty covered for a new one. $530 later is not worth it.
I had a SwissGear knapsack for more than 25 years and it just started to wear out. I found it hard to let it go but my new SwissGear knapsack is very similiar and has a few upgrades which make it even better. The website was easy to explore and found the knapsack that I wanted, the service was excellant.

Customer service was excellent. Questions answered quickly. Replacement luggage sent and received within a few days. Very happy with the service I received.
Overall great experience with a warranty claim on a 6 month old bag. It's unfortunate that the zipper failed, but SwissGear really does stand behind their products. They were quick to send me a replacement unit and the process was seamless. My previous bag lasted 9 years of daily work use, and looking forward to the same quality.

Overall I was disappointed with the customer service. I was able to place my order then order appeared to get stuck or lost as no updates. I wrote an email enquiry asking for update when I realized it would not arrive on time for Mothers Day (as was gift ordered on April 17). Then followed up with chat. They said they would escalate as unable to answer status question. I then got told order was processed the day before, which is suspicious as only on the day I reached out on chat that I started getting updates that order was moving. No transparency or explanation, no apology for delay and frustration. I feel it was a missed opportunity- mistakes happen but own it, be transparent and apologize. Not sure if I can recommend or purchase again based on customer experience
