Worst customer service ever I purchased a sling bag a few years ago online and was still within my warranty,and when I tried to get help with this , I emailed and called, no answer nor reply. I then bought the same bag online and by the time it arrived I didn't want it and tried the return process but it wouldn't up load my pictures and couldn't proceed without them so I gave up. This was always my go to brand but not any longer

The web form on your website needs to be updated. When I entered the post code associated with my address it autopopulated with the wrong city, which I could not correct. I had to scramble to locate my purchase before my flight and had to drive across the GTA to pick it up from Purolator’s depot. After just one use, the inner pocket seam is unraveling. Not super impressed really!
