I did try to cancel the order wihin the 1 hour time limit but following your directions there was no window appearing in which to cancel. I thought it would be too large as the worn out Swiss Gear one I was replacing was smaller but my husband decided it was ok. It was a Christmas present

Did not receive any information when I inquired about the Travel Sentry unique ID code that was to be attached to my new luggage purchased but was not.

The backpack is great but for somebody bigger than me and I sent an email asking for information regarding a product change but have not heard back.

Online store is great and I received my products in a timely manner. I am still however, waiting on a zipper pull (warranty) and in the meantime, another zipper pull has broken off on the same backpack.
