Did not receive any information when I inquired about the Travel Sentry unique ID code that was to be attached to my new luggage purchased but was not.

The backpack is great but for somebody bigger than me and I sent an email asking for information regarding a product change but have not heard back.

My overall experience with SwissGear directly was such a pleasure. If you need anything they do make your shopping a pleasure!

Online store is great and I received my products in a timely manner. I am still however, waiting on a zipper pull (warranty) and in the meantime, another zipper pull has broken off on the same backpack.

The handle at the top has broken and I’ve only used it once. For the amount of money I spent on this bag I would have thought it would have lasted longer. Very disappointing. I would really like someone to replace the whole thing. Hope to hear from you.

Ordering was simple and we are very happy with the suitcases we ordered. The delivery was very fast and the suitcases were well packed.
