Warranty is important when it comes to any offshore items So when I had a problem with the battery on my SWFT the company backed it and sent me a new one I was happy. I purchased this from Best Buy who charge an outrageous restocking fee, they were no help. Luckily SWFT stepped up and took care of things.

I looked at reviews regarding SWFT customer service when my son was shopping for his first ebike. I saw that reviews on SWFT customer service were good and that was one of the factors when deciding to go with this ebike. My sons bike was still under its one year manufacturer warranty so I reached out to SWFT via their website and was highly satisfied with their reply time and resolution. They troubleshoot the issue and then sent us replacement battery when determining that was the issue. We were one month from end of one year warranty. I guess if after that we would have had to purchase the battery.

I’ve been very pleased with my SWFT bike. However, the charger on it recently quit working. I called their customer service line, explained my problem, provided proof of my purchase and the date, and presto - they had me a brand new charger headed my way in the mail, which I received 3 days later. The customer service person was actually in America and I could understand every word she said, and she was very pleasant. I’m elated with my bicycle and the service I’ve received. GREAT JOB!

Had an issue with my scooter, and SWFT came to the rescue and got me back on the road quickly!

when I submit support forms online I rarely expect to get any response, but not only was the response timely but to take care of my issue was just as quick.

We had a hoverboard purchased through Best Buy that went bad. I communicated the error code and proof of purchase and a replacement was on its way. Zero hassle on my end. Thank you.

Finally a real eBMX bike that is capable of shredding on. An adult size 20” that is so rad! This bike is unbelievable and so fairly priced! A must have.

Scooter arrived but the box looked like a forklift had been driven through it. Inspected the scooter and am happy to report that it is not damaged. Fun to ride family loves it
