Great Warranty and Fast Responses
My VX model e-bike was delivery with damaged front fork. Customer Service Suppport responded quickly after one day or less. Customer Service was very helpful and understood my concern. I can tell with the conservation with the Customer Service Support Rep. , she really cared about solving the damaged attached part. She will quickly send a replacement part. Waited 19 days, the replacement part still has not arrived. Called Customer Service Support to follow-up. She said DHL lost the part in transit. She will review. I am a senior late in life, I never gave myself such an expensive gift to myself for Christmas. Took me awhile to save enough money to buy an e-bike. Also, began to wonder how do you physically replace and reassemble the front fork (?). Guess the reordered part will arrive after my 76th birthday. Behold, I very surprised that they will end up sending me a whole new e-bike! Thank you Customer Service Support Rep. and SWFT!!! No damage in this shipment!

Excellent customer service
I needed a new battery and had some trouble determining the right one And mistakenly ordered the wrong one. The customer service agent was excellent at helping me resolve. The mistake I have made, and I am very happy with the outcome.

Regrets
When asking for help you are made to feel like it is a hassle for the staff to assist. I have owned many bikes in my life and the SWFT BMX has had more problems than all of them combined. I wish I had bought non electric bikes for my kids.

Delivery took over a month.
Delivery took over a month. The website advertises 1-2 business days until shipment and arrival after another 1-7 business days. This did not happen.

Everything takes forever
Customer support is extremely slow. . . Sorry if there's only 5 or do people working here, but it took 2 months to be told I couldn't warranty a bike I received as a gift from my brother. Fine. . . Then took a week and 3 emails to be told I have options to have a replacement part sent. I ordered it 2 1/2 months ago and the only update I have is a tracking number. I hope this part works and this bike is worth it.

Good to buy from SWFT
My local bike shops didn’t have the replacement spoke I needed, so I was glad to learn that I could order it directly from SWFT. Figuring that out over email wasn’t as quick as I would have liked but the CS rep made sure that the right part was available for order. The $ for the part and S/H were good enough, and the delivery time was acceptable. I’d order parts this again.

I bought the bike 🏍️ on line from Best Buy after 10 months the pedal assist stopped working. I took it back to Best Buy and they told me to contact the manufacturer. . I did find a local shop that would work on it most won’t He told me that he didn’t have any parts for it…. But if Swift diagnosed the problem and sent the part they would replace it for me. I contacted Swiff and was told that it was a faulty controller and sent me one…. The wrong one. I can’t Swiff again and they sent me a replacement controller. I had it installed but it didn’t fix the problem. I contacted Swiff again and this time you sent me a peddle sensor which fixed the problem. It took about two months to get the problem resolved. It would be helpful if Swift had authorized local support shops that would work on the bikes I was only able to find one that would even look at the bike.

Your online store is fine. But trying to get a part, tail light and tool kit that wasn’t in the box when I bought the zip (I have two) has been impossible after several emails requesting such. Some has dropped the ball and I’m not happy about it
