Wouldn't buy again
constant problems with the BMX style electric bike. parts breaking, tires wore through fast, breaks have had problems. light broke. These bikes are not made to be ridden.

Not very good. It took
Not very good. It took 2 weeks from the day I ordered the controller until I received it. Then the controller went bad. Yikes.

Customer service and delivery’s are
Customer service and delivery’s are decent. The bmx breaks need to be looked at tho I had to replace them even tho they have lots of meat left on them they just wouldn’t even slow me down had to replace them with better ones

Still haven't got any feed back on my control board for the battery attachment I accidentally sent back to them, waiting for a word still after 6 months possibly. So my Ebike is totally not useful. Disappointed with the support side of the situation. They did send me a battery replacement. Just haven't got my control box board device I have no idea that thing that connects to the battery.

Non-existent Customer Service
The bike is great, but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to contact them 4 times and all I ever got was the automated reply. I didn't receive tracking information or that my order had even shipped until after the bike had arrived.

I kind of mentioned this earlier but they have not gotten back to me after a month of waiting. Also no way of checking on a warranty claim. shipping was fine though.

Brake Pads Need Instructions!
The brake pads I purchased did not come with instructions. I was not able to find any information on replacing the pads myself. On a positive note, when shopping for the brake pads SWFT website was easy to navigate and I liked the feature of putting in the serial number to make sure it was the proper size.

Batteries ain’t cheap
Was disappointed in Life expectancy of original battery as well as actual cost for the replacement, you should’ve offered a trade-in program or something

I bought the ZIP bicycle two years ago. I still haven't ridden it. You were kind enough to send me a replacement, but it was a Swift, not a ZIP. It doesn't have the fat tires I need to ride on the beach. (My bad -- I didn't open the box for a year. The ZIP also lingered in disuse. Finally, I bought a new battery. You sent a new charger. I tested the batter with a multimeter. It's putting out 56 Volts. No problem there. I had the local electrical contractor, who has bicycle experience replace the damaged wires with a new harness you sent. We tested the battery. No problem. Bike will not respond to the 'on' button I moved the controller from the 'Swift' bike you sent to the ZIP bike and tried it with the new battery on the theory that there was something wrong with the controller. Good battery. Good harness. Swapped in a new controller. The bike still will not start

I'm active again thanks to SWFT BMX
I love this bike. I'm tired of the tall lance armstrong bikes that has to match spandex. This Swift BMX is so uncomplicated it got me riding twice a day at least. The electronic part of the bike is I swear better than my cars cruise control. It knows when to kick in when needed and does it so smoothly you'll forget it's there. I'm getting another 1 jsut in case this gets discontinued.

SWFT BMX
Charging port failed after 3 months of riding and SWFT would not send me a new one, instead they made me send in the whole battery unit with the bad charge port. My kid was without the bike for months during this RMA process. Finally got the new battery, but they did not send a new charge port. Kid is devastated, I want my money back, and now they won't return my emails.
