** We placed our order five weeks ago and NOTHING yet ... No estimate of when it may be shipped or even if it EVER will be shipped ... Quite Poor Communication ... we may have to cancel this order and look elsewhere with companies that are more professional.

Amazing warranty support
Issue with edge battery not charging after 7 months of ownership. First sent charger free of charge. Didn’t fix the problem. Now waiting on the new battery. From the first time I’ve used bike it’s been amazing. So fun and comfortable. Can’t wait for the new battery to show up so I can get out and explore! Amazing response by customer service. Thank you 🙏

As of right now, not
As of right now, not good. I still have not found out where my part is. this was ordered in March. I have contacted SWFT which told me it was sent to the shipping department for review April, 4, 2024. Sent another email April 11, 2024 and still have not heard anything!

Product was late and I
Product was late and I had to chase it down. Was a week late due to out of stock and didnt communicate until I reached out to see what the issue was in delivery.

Power button failed within a year warranty was not honored had to beg to buy a power button once available was charged 20 for shipping making a simple switch almost 50 in total... Stay away

Experiences on waiting for SWFT ZIP BIKE intertube and charger:
It took almost a month,but I finally recieved the battery charger and intertube for my SWFT ZIP BIKE.I was glad I signed up for FedEx to call me when they arrive on the street I live in,now I'm waiting to put the new intertube in the tire and charged the battery the other day,I was lucky to find such a deal for the SWFT ZIP BIKE I bought extremely low price and was a value to me.
