Took too long to get here.

Unfortunately, I purchased it hoping it would keep my drink hot for up to 24 hours, but in less than that, the beverage was already cold — not just cooler, but completely cold. I’ve never had this issue with my other S’well bottles, which usually keep drinks at least lukewarm AFTER 24 hours, so I was pretty surprised by the performance of the Explorer bottles I just purchased.

Lovely products and great customer service! I ordered multiple of the 18oz tumblers because they are the perfect size. There was a small issue with getting the wrong colour, but contacting customer service was a breeze who immediately sent out the right colour I ordered. Would definitely recommend!

Do yourself a favor. Buy a Swell tumbler. The lids are easy to snap on. They are leakproof if they fall over. The content stays hot all night.
