It's a good glass bottle but something completely dries out my mouth when I take a drink from it. Could it be the silicone gasket in the cap?

Love everything about this bottle! I have been using this bottle everyday and love the silicone cover, straw, and additional hook accessory. So glad I made this purchase - highly recommend if you’re in the market for a glass water bottle!

I got the 24oz tumbler, and it’s very convenient to have a tumbler with a straw that’s not too big. Unfortunately, though, the bottle leaks even when the opener tab is shut on the lid. It’s a bummer because I was hoping to throw this bottle in a purse and be on my way, but it spills. This has to be in a backpack with a bottle slot which is not always what I need. I wanted this size specifically because it’s not too big and I can take it to work and have it in a purse when I’m out. I don’t know if my bottle is defective or what. You’ll also need a straw cover if you’re on the go. Also the areas around the straw in the mouth opening are open as well so the potential for leakage is high with this tumbler, which, again, is a bummer for me because I got this so that I could always have water on the go.

Made in China labels should not be inside the bottle, not to mention why are they made in China???
