It’s a great product

Bubble wrapped snd arrived perfectly per my friend who I sent this to.

Love the bottle but the purchase experience was terrible. Ordered the bottle on December 26 and was told expected shipping by January 6 which was great because I wanted it for a road trip that week. Never received tracking info. On January 7th I wrote customer service inquiring about my bottle. On January 8th I get a tracking number with expected arrival date January 13th. They hadn’t even processed a shipping label let alone shipped it until I asked. I then got a subsequent email letting me know my water was on the way. But no expedited shipping despite the mishap on their part. Makes me wonder if my bottle would ever have shipped if I hadn’t emailed. This is my fourth s’well bottle - would buy them as gifts from a local shop that carried them but shop subsequently closed. Really like the bottle but atrocious customer service and terrible experience.
