we love our new bottles!!

The package was excellent. It arrived at my front door beautifully.

Website wasnt working properly, but customer support placed my order quickly and easily

needed a bigger bottle with wide mouth. got a smaller one with narrow mouth. there is a confusion in communication. last time I had ordered two bigger bottles with wide mouth, i got narrow mouth bottles. i could not return because i did not open the package for 40 days. thought all was ok.

One of them had a small dent on the side of the bottle, I called customer service, sent a picture and received a new set several days later. Now that is great customer service.

The design on the bottle is rough. The previous bottle I purchased several years ago has a smooth finish this bottle unfortunately has a rough finish.

It arrived sooner than I thought, and the color is perfect

It’s great! Needed to get a replacement bottle for the one I lost and had for years. It’s one of the bottles that’s no longer available, so it was a sad to lose it. I wish S’well would bring back the bottles with the metallic finishes. Please!

I ordered the Azurite. Good quality tumbler but definitely not the color as advertised. More gray than anything. Will be returning for a different color. Also, no prepared shipping label? I understand not covering shipping but making me wait in line at the post office is very 2006.
