I've been using S'well bottles for probably ~10 years, the products are amazing. I wanted to order new bottles and two orders got cancelled. The first one because the delivery company said they don't have my contact info (which I obviously gave when making the order on S'well website) and S'well didn't provide it apparently. The delivery company sent my order back in lack of contact info and it was automatically cancelled and refunded. I contacted S'well and they said they cannot do anything, my only option is to place a new order. I asked them to make sure in the new order my contact info will be passed on to the delivery company, I received no answer. I placed the order again nevertheless, and since from the first order it seemed the only info passed on to the delivery company was "Address line 1", I put my phone number in brackets in Address line 1. Then this second order was cancelled by S'well saying I shouldn't put my phone number in Address line 1. Not a reach out to me first to check with me, or them placing the phone number wherever it has to be (and gets to the delivery company), immediately without any conversation, cancelling my order. Customer service ruining the great product they created. .

They are very versatile and have nice measurements on the side. They don't stack and the lid is a little finicky (I push one side down and the other pops up a bit).

I bought a salad bowl to take lunch to work. It works really well except for the fact that overtime the coding on the outside peels off terrible product will not buy again.

I have gone thru 4 of the swell thermos water holders. I found out if you drop one on the floor it will lose it seal. Its no good after that. For the price I would never buy one again. Way over priced and like I said if it hits the floor it will lose it seal.

Not thrilled.
