Received a mignight Blue glossy finished bottle after ordering a suede blue bottle. Online chats and messaging are not a replacement for customer driven phone contact where customer service are concerned. Not so Swell.
Don't care for the straw cap.
Shipped fairly quickly. Reasonable price. Wish the product was vacuum insulated and the residue from the manufacturing process was removed before shipping. Took a lot of scrubbing to get it off.
