Terrible product.

I purchased four products, I was charged for four products. I only received two and there was no notification that anything was on backorder. This is terrible service. I can’t even figure out how to contact anybody to fix it! I’ve been a longtime customer for many years and I’ve had it.

Yes the shipping at times was not great. Package was bent or open but lately the packages came intact. I definitely liked at the beginning when the bottles came on their own hard cardboard tube!

I ordered two of the swell salad bowls so I can pack my lunch every day for work and I love them! It keeps the toppings and dressing separate from the greens which is the best! Highly recommend!!

False advertising! Even though the company claims that it remains hot for 12 hours, it is false. I poured really hot water and after a couple of hours, it became lukewarm. Please send me prepaid shipping label so I can return the items and get the full refund. Thank you Usha

I mistakenly assumed that there was a glass straw that went through the cap. I enjoy using the glass bottle because the water tastes better in a glass and I can track fluids.
