Shipped fairly quickly. Reasonable price. Wish the product was vacuum insulated and the residue from the manufacturing process was removed before shipping. Took a lot of scrubbing to get it off.

It’s great! Love my XL Tumbler

Great service as always

great product and service

Have not received my order as it was sent to some other foreign address. I hope this shop will refund or send it to the address I entered into the order as my home address.

very courteous and in touch. thanks.

The bottle keeps drinks cold for a very long time. I haven’t tried a hot beverage yet because I just received the bottle. The bottle was packed beautifully and easy to open. However: Why do you have that tight, sticky seal around the bottle that’s similar to coffee-cup sleeves? It’s a huge hassle to remove. It’s stuck on there too well. You also have a little square QR code card flat on the bottom of the bottle that eventually flows out when rinsing the bottle. Why is this INSIDE the bottle? The above hassles took away from the enjoyment of receiving the bottle.

Pumps do not work

products did not fit my discontinued bottle

great

My Swell bottle won’t stay put since it got a small dent at the bottom. I contacted the company for a supposed “lifetime warranty” claim and submitted pictures with the claim. I got a response requesting details about style, size and purchase date and location. After submitting the requested information my claim was denied due to denting??!! This was stated in the claim from the beginning. There was no need to let believe the claim was being considered by requesting additional information. They then offered a 20% discount (which is available to all on their website). I asked for reconsideration of the claim and never got a response. Just keep being bombarded with sales advertising.

Great!!
