Assembly: Arrived quickly and was delivered to the carport. It was pretty easy to unpack (and it was very well packed!) – but take pictures as you go in the unlikely event you need to pack the chair back up. I was able to move the unboxed chair over the door threshold, down the hall and into the room by myself, using wheeled furniture movers. It was then very easy to assemble and worked flawlessly from the first try. The chair: excellent build quality and leather; this is clearly a design that has gone through rounds of improvements. The controls are easy to use. Very important to me, the footrest tucks into the chair and is out of the way when getting into or out of the chair = which is a contrast to my other reclining chair. Quibbles – I do have one. The neck pillow falls off the chair when the back reclines – there is nothing to hold it on. I bought a color-matched leather belt from Amazon and gently placed it around the back, above the pillow, which fixed the problem and does not look too bad. Even better would be for this (or another solution) to be part of the chair. Finally, I have used the chair on many days, find I prefer it about half way back , with the foot raised, and with the lumbar cushion only partially inflated. And that is perfect. Having the ability to get these adjustments just right was what I was looking for – and what I found.

I got the ZGR in black for my mother. She cannot sleep in a bed because she cannot lay flat. She LOVES her ZGR!! She really does. Yes ! It has been great even with the delay in shipping which was not your fault. When it did get to my son’s house, we were so pleased with how it fit the space and he was very impressed with its quality and appearance ! I have one o bought years ago and it has saved my back from pain so many times!! Love it and new one. Will be ordering another one soon. And delighted I can also buy a replacement kit for my old one’s upholstery after all these years ! Thank you for keeping these chairs available to back pain sufferers !!

Chair is great, the only complaint we have is that we cannot touch the floor when the chair is upright which makes it a little uncomfortable to eat or sit upright during the times we don't want to recline.

The new recliner is much sturdier better support for full recline, very happy with chair and refund.

Great chair (Lite2), fast delivery, good price (much better than Human Touch. I had ordered a larger version several years ago, but just wasn't comfortable, had no issues with returning it. This one is a keeper. Just wish there were more color selection, I "settled" for dark brown (it's really dark), would have preferred lighter brown or a natural beige. Would be nice if they sold replacement pads in other colors, I'd likely buy one after 2 or 3 years of wear.

Exceptional comfort, beauty and utility

Bought the Svago Lite as a joint Christmas gift along with my siblings for our 97 y. o. mother. She had slept in our 2019 model while staying at our home and did well. The newer model that we got her is slightly different, but she now is loving it! It's good for her to sleep in, as a bed is no longer comfortable. It also helps reduce swelling in her legs. Everything went great with the purchase, although there was a bit of a disconnect with the "Final Mile" portion of the shipping. In the end, it was all worth it!

We love our chair. Delivery was completed without a hitch. Setup was quite easy with the help of instructions and YouTube videos. We use our chair multiple times every day to help with legs that are a bit swollen.

I purchased Svago ZGR because I was not comfortable in any of my chairs due to chronic low back pain. I loved it so much I purchased another one for another room. Sitting in this chair takes the stress off of my spine taking away the pain.

I love this chair! I go for the ZG once a day for 15 to 20 minutes, but I guess it much more often. It is firm, comfortable and doesn't take up the whole room.
