I love the chair. Me and my wife both enjoy it daily.

We bought the ZGR model and had no issues with delivery or assembly. We like the chair and use it everyday. It’s small enough to fit in our NYC apartment.

Overall very good. Disappointed in 2 things: motor is way too slow in raising and lowering chair as compared to our previous Svago chair. Also, you have to hold the button for the entire time it takes to raise or lower chair - no presets as in previous model.

Great chair. I read a book for the first time in years because of how comfortable the chair is. It’s fantastic how you can tweak the chair to exactly the right position.

A great chair for napping! Lots of adjustments and when combined with massage (vibrate) and heat it’s very relaxing. I have one of these upstairs and downstairs both are favorites for my wife and I. It was very competitively priced. Seems to hold up well and customer service when I needed it was prompt and knowledgeable. Very happy and recommend it.

Svago really came through for me, when I was scheduled for cervical fusion surgery and only had four weeks until my surgery. I personally emailed the company about my situation. They chatted with the warehouse. And a chair was put out for delivery ASAP. I got my chair the day I got home from the hospital! The zero gravity chair saved my bacon and really helped my recovery process. I was able to get decent sleep in the chair. As well as the chair, I am also impressed with the company and how quickly they were willing to help me and go above and beyond.

Finally the true relief I need for chronic back pain. There is nothing else that reaches these levels and I have looked for years. So hrateful

I have 3 of them. My children and I can’t wait for end of work day to relax Into them. Reclining is great for my legs i get relief from standing all day.

I really wanted the Human Touch perfect chair bought the Newton because HT didn't have a really good deal. Very happy with the Newton and the side table. Have two HT massage chairs so really wanted another one but not disappointed.

Nice looking and functional

Delivery and set up went well and overall happy with chair. Unfortunately within 5 days of using the chair, the tiny cotter pin holding in place the footrest lift apparatus failed - and yes we were careful to not put extra pressure or weight on the foot rest or climb out of chair while footrest was extended. I am pretty handy and had a very close "fit" replacement cotter pin on hand so honestly the repair took less than 10 minutes once I figured out what was broken and how to properly repair. Just not something you want to do 1 week into a new "big ticket" purchase. Recommend strengthening cotter pins provided, making sure they are securely in place prior to shipping, or providing a 2 extra pins with the product upfront.

Most awesome chair. Super comfortable and tall enough for mu 6. 1 ft body. The controller body feels to large and not ergonomic, thats my only minor complaint.

I love my chair!!! We chose to do our own set up and it was very easy with great instructions. It replaced an old zero gravity chair that I inherited from my mother-in-law. I really appreciate the heating option. I use it a lot since we keep our room temps down. Thank you!
