Time to find a chair that I could sit down in, get up from and feel better than when I sat down. Chronic lumbar back issues and age related creaks, glitches and moans made that just about impossible in any chair or sofa outside of a Volvo. Our pair of ZGR's have not only hit the mark for me, but my wife as well. We had an easy time buying online,and at a distance, thanks to the excellent assistance and communication from Svago. Time will tell how the chairs' excellent features and operation will stand up to much longer and repetitive operation. But their inherent quality and comfort would indicate that continued performance would be a given. My only complaint is that once I sit down and press a memory button , I lose motivation to get vertical again any time soon!

I lost everything in the Eaton Fire in Jan. 2025, including my fabulous zero gravity chair. I could not afford that same chair, so ordered this one! It is awesome, I love it & wish it was leather & hope that the fabric holds up.

Overall pleased with the purchase. Online order on Svago's website was easy. Shipping company had some delays and did not show up at the first delivery appointment. Chair arrived well packaged and the cosmetic condition was excellent for a refurbished product. Everything works and the chair is very comfortable. So far very happy with the purchase. Only 4 out of 5 stars because I don't know yet how the chair with its complex mechanics will hold up over time and how helpful Svago's customer service will be.

Love the chair and it is a hit with guests. But we never did get the massage function to work.

This chair has changed my life for the better! It is so comfortable and elegant, and I love it! I’m in a wheelchair, but it is a perfect height for me to transfer into an out of and it puts my feet above my head which I need to do For better circulation. Everyone in the family loves it! Thank you!

The most confortable chair I have ever owned! The quality and features are well worth the investment.

My main goal was to find a chair that has massage, power reclining, a chair that is not bulky and heavy with back and the foot rest adjust separately and this chair checked all at much better pricing point. After going to a store and testing out Perfect Chair PC-350 Classic Power Recliner and a next model up while both are a lot more expensive with options I was looking for, the store also offered a White glove delivery charge of $150 and $300 for assembly. Than I found Svago Lite 2 Zero Gravity Recliner chair directly from Svago with all the options plus free delivery at much more lower price. Of course the leathering is Synthetic on Svago and not genuine while other brands claims. The Svago Lite 2 Zero is 83lbs vs 121lbs of comparable model from other brand. Assembly was easy and during assembly you can set/adjust the back to your liking of how high or layback you want the back to sit. I set it like a normal chair and recline to my preferred spot for watching TV and Zero gravity when desired. It has been little over a month since delivery and use with no issues.

The recliner is beautiful, the leather is superb. But the remote cord is a little to short and the case on the side to small. I will probably order the wireless remote.

your chair has been a blessing for my leg surgery-I have recommended it to 3 other people with similar problems-

I find that the vibration is so soothing that I quickly relax. I love the positioning and the control of changing the position. I am currently using a solo esti/nail tech salon and so far every client that uses the chair loves it.
