Nice looking and functional

Delivery and set up went well and overall happy with chair. Unfortunately within 5 days of using the chair, the tiny cotter pin holding in place the footrest lift apparatus failed - and yes we were careful to not put extra pressure or weight on the foot rest or climb out of chair while footrest was extended. I am pretty handy and had a very close "fit" replacement cotter pin on hand so honestly the repair took less than 10 minutes once I figured out what was broken and how to properly repair. Just not something you want to do 1 week into a new "big ticket" purchase. Recommend strengthening cotter pins provided, making sure they are securely in place prior to shipping, or providing a 2 extra pins with the product upfront.

Most awesome chair. Super comfortable and tall enough for mu 6. 1 ft body. The controller body feels to large and not ergonomic, thats my only minor complaint.

I love my chair!!! We chose to do our own set up and it was very easy with great instructions. It replaced an old zero gravity chair that I inherited from my mother-in-law. I really appreciate the heating option. I use it a lot since we keep our room temps down. Thank you!

This chair is made with excellent material and quality craftsmanship. It’s sturdy yet lightweight. I ordered with white glove service, but it’s so light and easy to put together I could have gone without. The heating and vibration options are a nice touch. I recommend this product.

I have chronic back pain which has become acute. The chair gives me pain relief immediately. I go through the 15 minutes of heat and massage several times a day. I love this chair!

I LOVE these chairs. I didn't respond to your first request for a review because I wanted some time to form my opinion. There's a learning curve involved in getting comfortable. I've had them for a few months and I'm still learning. I didn't respond to your second and subsequent requests because I was just so comfortable I put it off. Putting everything off because I'm comfortable here and now may be a problem, but it's not the chair's problem. I do have a complaint about the placing of the warning tag; it's attached with a plastic fastener at the welting at the end of the armrest. I cut it as close as I could and try to work it into the cushion but there's often a stump in an annoying place. Again, it's not the chair's problem. Attach the warning with string or in a different location that's not under fingertips. My chairs are perfect. My first spinal injury was in 1977, I've done years of physical therapy. In 2014 an accident left me with injuries including a broken sacrum. So I'm sorry I took so long to respond but I don't have words for being this comfortable, here and now. Thank you for an excellent product.

I was so grateful to see the price come down on the zero gravity chair. It was easy to put together. I love it, often falling asleep I zero gravity with the massage feature running.

At just the right moment, a friend discovered SVAGO zero gravity recliners. I was just recovering from a sore back and immediately ordered one. Couldn’t be happier! As a super senior (88) I do spend a lot of time reading. Now I really read in comfort. Well designed and love the one-touch return to upright control.

Time to find a chair that I could sit down in, get up from and feel better than when I sat down. Chronic lumbar back issues and age related creaks, glitches and moans made that just about impossible in any chair or sofa outside of a Volvo. Our pair of ZGR's have not only hit the mark for me, but my wife as well. We had an easy time buying online,and at a distance, thanks to the excellent assistance and communication from Svago. Time will tell how the chairs' excellent features and operation will stand up to much longer and repetitive operation. But their inherent quality and comfort would indicate that continued performance would be a given. My only complaint is that once I sit down and press a memory button , I lose motivation to get vertical again any time soon!
