The chair works as intended, the chair, when moving into the reclining position has one rather loud click-rub noise that does not take away the function of the chair in a down position. I am unable to ascertain the reason for the noise, but it is a bit concerning considering the cost of this chair.

I like the chair. It has good back support. It's back us tall enough for a 6'-5" person. The leg rest is a little too short, but tolerable. The electric controls are adequate. I like the firmness of the chair and the look.

Received my ZGR Recliner March 21, 2025. I had back surgery April 3rd. Recliner was instrumental in my recovery. Slept in the recliner the first 2 weeks after surgery. It allowed me to sit and recline in various positions which allowed me to get comfortable. Also, I used the vibrator numerous times to relax. Very pleased with my purchase.

I already owned one of Svago’s chairs and decided to try a different model. I decided I didn’t like it as much as my first chair and it was so easy to return and replace it with another of the first model I had purchased before.

Everything is great. It was easy to put together. It is very comfortable. I only wish the controller was easier to reach when fully reclined.

The representative on the phone was extremely helpful. He spent time explaining the different features of each chair and let me know about a video that could help me with the chair that I chose once I received the chair. And it is the perfect chair for me

Terrific Zero Gravity chair for a good price.

The chair was delivered and set up promptly and is as described. The bolt for hanging the remote was missing but quickly replaced. I like all the variable positions and ease of use. I wish the feet went higher in the zero gravity position and that there were variable heat options and that heat was available for the leg area but overall I am very pleased. I have severe back problems and find excellent pain relief using the chair several hours each day. I have recommended the chair to several friends.

I've been using my Svago Zero Gravity Recliner for over 6 weeks now. Whether I'm working from it or simply relaxing, this is by far the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in. It's highly adaptive to the user's preferences, and adjusting it is made effortless with the dial or controller. This chair is exactly what I was looking for and yet it still exceeded my expectations in terms of quality. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the chair that I recently purchased.

This chair is very simple. A solid base, enough cushion to be comfortable yet maintain posture. One motor for rocking back and another for lifting legs above heart which is essential for blood flow for recovery and preactive prep. . Nice heater The massager is wisely suffice. The headrest is brilliantly designed. . leather covering is easy to clean and very comfortable. .

What's excellent about this chair is the supple leather, memory foam seat, back, headrest and footrest, the many many positions, the warming and massage. What's not so great is the corded controller because the cord gets in the way of your elbow. So I bought the remote. It's not as intuitive as you would like, takes some time to figure out. The other rub is that the chair is slow to move to the selected position. Having said all that, I wouldn't give up this chair for anything. It's really superb. So comfortable, restful, relaxing, even for a tall person like me (6' 3"). Expensive, but worth it,IMO.

I am so totally pleased with my Motion Mastery chair. I didn't think I would like the zero gravity. . . . . I loved it. I didn't think I would like the heat much, I love it as well. I was sure I wouldn't like the massage, because I thought it would be like those massage chairs, but it's not. . . . It's wonderful. And I love the new wireless remote. I'm so glad I took a chance on this chair.

Assembly: Arrived quickly and was delivered to the carport. It was pretty easy to unpack (and it was very well packed!) – but take pictures as you go in the unlikely event you need to pack the chair back up. I was able to move the unboxed chair over the door threshold, down the hall and into the room by myself, using wheeled furniture movers. It was then very easy to assemble and worked flawlessly from the first try. The chair: excellent build quality and leather; this is clearly a design that has gone through rounds of improvements. The controls are easy to use. Very important to me, the footrest tucks into the chair and is out of the way when getting into or out of the chair = which is a contrast to my other reclining chair. Quibbles – I do have one. The neck pillow falls off the chair when the back reclines – there is nothing to hold it on. I bought a color-matched leather belt from Amazon and gently placed it around the back, above the pillow, which fixed the problem and does not look too bad. Even better would be for this (or another solution) to be part of the chair. Finally, I have used the chair on many days, find I prefer it about half way back , with the foot raised, and with the lumbar cushion only partially inflated. And that is perfect. Having the ability to get these adjustments just right was what I was looking for – and what I found.
