I got the ZGR in black for my mother. She cannot sleep in a bed because she cannot lay flat. She LOVES her ZGR!! She really does. The zero gravity feature is a necessity for her as well this chair has it all. It works properly all the time. It cleans well also. Thank you. Yes ! It has been great even with the delay in shipping which was not your fault. When it did get to my son’s house, we were so pleased with how it fit the space and he was very impressed with its quality and appearance ! I have one o bought years ago and it has saved my back from pain so many times!! Love it and new one. Will be ordering another one soon. And delighted I can also buy a replacement kit for my old one’s upholstery after all these years ! Thank you for keeping these chairs available to back pain sufferers !!

Chair is great, the only complaint we have is that we cannot touch the floor when the chair is upright which makes it a little uncomfortable to eat or sit upright during the times we don't want to recline.

The new recliner is much sturdier better support for full recline, very happy with chair and refund.

Great chair (Lite2), fast delivery, good price (much better than Human Touch. I had ordered a larger version several years ago, but just wasn't comfortable, had no issues with returning it. This one is a keeper. Just wish there were more color selection, I "settled" for dark brown (it's really dark), would have preferred lighter brown or a natural beige. Would be nice if they sold replacement pads in other colors, I'd likely buy one after 2 or 3 years of wear.

Exceptional comfort, beauty and utility

Bought the Svago Lite as a joint Christmas gift along with my siblings for our 97 y. o. mother. She had slept in our 2019 model while staying at our home and did well. The newer model that we got her is slightly different, but she now is loving it! It's good for her to sleep in, as a bed is no longer comfortable. It also helps reduce swelling in her legs. Everything went great with the purchase, although there was a bit of a disconnect with the "Final Mile" portion of the shipping. In the end, it was all worth it!

We love our chair. Delivery was completed without a hitch. Setup was quite easy with the help of instructions and YouTube videos. We use our chair multiple times every day to help with legs that are a bit swollen.

I purchased Svago ZGR because I was not comfortable in any of my chairs due to chronic low back pain. I loved it so much I purchased another one for another room. Sitting in this chair takes the stress off of my spine taking away the pain.

I love this chair! I go for the ZG once a day for 15 to 20 minutes, but I guess it much more often. It is firm, comfortable and doesn't take up the whole room.

I was not able to keep the chair. It did not do what we needed it to do. I think our back issues are beyond this chairs ability to help us. It felt as if my back was being pulled apart. I was bummed. It a beautiful chair. Classy. Comfy. Worked great. Just didn’t work for us. Easy return process. Make sure to save your packing materials.
