The purchase and delivery process went smoothly, and the ZG Recliner is as advertised. I've been using it for nearly a month, now, and I love it. In fact, I'm planning to buy another one for my vacation home so that my lumbar spine can have the benefit the ZG Recliner provides no matter where I'm living at any given moment.

I demoed the comparable Human Touch chairs that were built similar to Svago, but were several thousand dollars more. I took a leap of faith in buying your Svago ZGR chair and have been THRILLED with my purchase. The chair fits my 6’2” frame perfectly. The leather is so comfortable, the heat gets going really well, the positioning is sturdy and stable. This is the best purchase I’ve made for myself in over a decade. So so happy, you should be very proud of your product.

Purchased two Svago ZGR’s and absolutely love them. There’s minimal assembly and the quality is great. We’ve had other “recliners” but Svago is superior with respect to design, comfort and quality.

My wife's Aunt has this chair and I fell in love with it. Been looking for a while and this works for me. Colors offered are great and I can really relax in this chair. The motors are a little slow for me especially if you need to get out of the chair quickly. My only real beef with this company is that they charged me 2 taxes for a county I do not live in. When I contacted them, they claim they do business in both counties and the 2 overlap so this is why they charge the way they do. I've looked into this and they are not supposed to do this. That being said, I'm letting my credit card company handle it. Other than that, it's a really nice chair.

I purchased this chair for many reasons: high-quality materials, outstanding owner reviews, and a compelling need to get my feet above my heart to recuperate from my total hip replacement! I am one week post-surgery, and I have to say that my experience with leg swelling this time is profoundly different from my total hip last year! Almost no swelling, and the chair has helped me become more comfortable much earlier in my recovery! I would highly recommend taking advantage of the unique features the Zero Gravity Newton recliner!

This is the best investment I've made. This chair is so amazing I literally can not wait to enjoy it each evening. It hits all the right spots, and is so relaxing. I make everyone who visits me try it out. Each and everyone of them have the same exact look on their face while it is doing its magic. Pure comfort. I can not say enough good about this chair. Four years ago I purchased my first Svago zero gravity lounger. It got to the point where my wife and I were competing to sit in it so I recently purchased a second one so she has one of her own! We both love them

I cant describe the actual rest and relaxation I get when I sit down on my fantastic chair. . . this is truly a life changing experience.

All and all it’s a very conferrable chair, the biggest downfall is the corded control the on off (red) button) is to sensitive. You get the chair set and if you brush the button it goes back to start and you have to reset it again Bit of a pain. Aside from that so far happy with it

We were a bit reluctant purchasing these chairs without having the opportunity to try them out first, but in reading other reviews we took a chance. So happy we did! These chairs are exactly what we were looking for and less money than others like them. Spend less money for so much more in product!

In January I suffered from a severe herniation in my back. Everywhere I sat was painful! I learned about decompression and zero gravity chairs and we ordered my Svago. Shortly after my doctor said I needed surgery. I had a discectomy and that zero gravity chair was the only place that was comfortable for me. The heat function helped with muscle cramps and the vibration massage helped with blood circulation in my back. It’s the best investment we’ve made since my injury!
