Bought a Motion Mastery chair, absolutely love it, so many options, really comfortable looks great. I also have a Svago Newton, also fantastic - slightly simpler slightly less options. Both are great.

My ZGR Zero Gravity Recliner is absolutely one of the best investments I have ever made, I only wish I had purchased it sooner!

Love my chair

I ordered the Svago Newton Zero Gravity Recliner in leather for its simple, yet elegant design which won’t trap my pets under the seat. I ordered directly from the company and it worked out great. The delivery took 3 weeks but I was expecting that since I live on the east coast. The delivery guys were very friendly and efficient and carried the chair up a flight of stairs when I asked them. I assembled the chair which was quite easy and fairly quick. The chair is also light enough for 2 people to easily move. The chair features all work great and is very simple to use. My chair came with the air massage feature which I had never tried out before. To be honest, it’s not great. The air pumps up parts of the back of the chair and it just makes me feel like I am being pushed instead of massaged. Other than that, the chair is great, the service and delivery was great and I’m happy I ordered directly from Svago instead of a 3rd party.

Great service and great chair!

I bought the ZGR for back relief and it delivers. The zero gravity position eases my spine in a way nothing else in my house does, and the infinite adjustments and memory settings mean I found my sweet spot once and haven't had to hunt for it since. The heat and vibration are a nice bonus, but the recline is the reason to own this chair. One honest caveat for my fellow short people: I'm 5'2", and as an upright sitting chair it doesn't really work for me. The seat is high enough that my feet don't reach the floor and deep enough that my knees don't reach the edge. Add the lumbar cushion and my knees are fine but my back slouches. I've made peace with this. It's a reclining chair that happens to sit up, not a sitting chair that happens to recline. If you're tall, none of this will matter. If you're not, plan on keeping your reading chair. Would I buy it again? Yes, for exactly what it does best.

The purchase and delivery process went smoothly, and the ZG Recliner is as advertised. I've been using it for nearly a month, now, and I love it. In fact, I'm planning to buy another one for my vacation home so that my lumbar spine can have the benefit the ZG Recliner provides no matter where I'm living at any given moment.

I demoed the comparable Human Touch chairs that were built similar to Svago, but were several thousand dollars more. I took a leap of faith in buying your Svago ZGR chair and have been THRILLED with my purchase. The chair fits my 6’2” frame perfectly. The leather is so comfortable, the heat gets going really well, the positioning is sturdy and stable. This is the best purchase I’ve made for myself in over a decade. So so happy, you should be very proud of your product.

Purchased two Svago ZGR’s and absolutely love them. There’s minimal assembly and the quality is great. We’ve had other “recliners” but Svago is superior with respect to design, comfort and quality.

My wife's Aunt has this chair and I fell in love with it. Been looking for a while and this works for me. Colors offered are great and I can really relax in this chair. The motors are a little slow for me especially if you need to get out of the chair quickly. My only real beef with this company is that they charged me 2 taxes for a county I do not live in. When I contacted them, they claim they do business in both counties and the 2 overlap so this is why they charge the way they do. I've looked into this and they are not supposed to do this. That being said, I'm letting my credit card company handle it. Other than that, it's a really nice chair.

Great chair

Comfortable, Well made, and helps relieve hip and back issues. (My beagle thinks it’s his)

Great chair was perfect for bunion surgery recovery.

Great customer service. I needed to make a change to the order to avoid a mistake after the unit started production and the customer service team completely took care of it. In addition, there was a sale on that day so they passed the sale price along to me. Can't wait to receive the bed!

The chair was set up by two family members. It had been a wonderful addition and the zero gravity is awesome.

I purchased this chair for many reasons: high-quality materials, outstanding owner reviews, and a compelling need to get my feet above my heart to recuperate from my total hip replacement! I am one week post-surgery, and I have to say that my experience with leg swelling this time is profoundly different from my total hip last year! Almost no swelling, and the chair has helped me become more comfortable much earlier in my recovery! I would highly recommend taking advantage of the unique features the Zero Gravity Newton recliner!

This is the best investment I've made. This chair is so amazing I literally can not wait to enjoy it each evening. It hits all the right spots, and is so relaxing. I make everyone who visits me try it out. Each and everyone of them have the same exact look on their face while it is doing its magic. Pure comfort. I can not say enough good about this chair. Also, the customer service is astounding. They are very prompt and really care about their customers. They make certain the SVAGO experience A+.

Four years ago I purchased my first Svago zero gravity lounger. It got to the point where my wife and I were competing to sit in it so I recently purchased a second one so she has one of her own! We both love them

I cant describe the actual rest and relaxation I get when I sit down on my fantastic chair. . . this is truly a life changing experience.

All and all it’s a very conferrable chair, the biggest downfall is the corded control the on off (red) button) is to sensitive. You get the chair set and if you brush the button it goes back to start and you have to reset it again Bit of a pain. Aside from that so far happy with it
