As someone who needs to shop online, I really love everything about Sussan - the quality of the products, the quick delivery and the easy retuens process. Thank you!

Good

Such an easy process, from online app shopping , speedy shipping etc

Easy to order promt delivery great service

Package was delivered promptly and I was happy with the quality. Sizing seemed a little big for my small frame so am having the pants taken in. I am looking forward to wearing them.

Delivered promptly, great fit!

Good sales, prompt service, nice rewards and in-shop service staff are friendly and helpful.

Service for online was great ,items that did not suit because of size were returned to my local store Griffith where the girls always give excellent service .

Loved both my top and skirt and the fitted perfectly

Quality, design and price are really good

Quick to reply to order. Dispatched timely. Kept well informed of progress of delivery.

I had trouble sending my item back. Still have not heard anything or a refund.

Ever a problem. Styles are great and true to size

Friendly staff and good quality clothing. Love my latest jumper which was discounted too

Pleased with speed of shipment and packaging. Item of clothing flattering and we'll wrapped.

Packaging is always good and the parcel always arrives on time. Never have any issues with it.

I was very disappointed & annoyed when I received what I thought was going to be pyjama sets - and it was only pants and no matching tops. The corresponding image was of a pyjama set - which is very misleading. So now I have two pants without matching tops. I would like to be sent the matching tops and I'm willing to negotiate a fair price.

Great service and products

Online website is great, my package arrived on time. Overall service is great!

Always reliable for size and quality.
