I made an order in Jan. Weeks later I got an email from Australia post to say that my parcel had been delivered but it wasn't. After that I got an email from sussan to say the order couldn't be filled.

I ordered on-line and the products were easy to find and there was a good selection to choose from. The parcel arrived in a few days and in good order.
