Ordered online and received my item very quickly

Hi Sussan, Apologies in advance for the lengthy email below. I’d like to write a review about my recent visit to the Sussan Perth City store (Forrest Chase) to return a pair of ‘LINEN TAILORED WIDE LEG PANTS’ (black, size 12). I needed to return the pants because they did not fit. I didn’t try them on in-store before my purchase because I already had 3 pairs of the same pants at home, all size 12, but in different colours, so I simply took them off the rack and paid for them. Sussan regularly sells these pants throughout the year in different colours. I love the pants as they are so stylish and comfortable. Only 2 weeks before I purchased the black pants, I purchased 2 pairs of the same pants (LINEN TAILORED WIDE LEG PANT both size 12, brown & pink). Also a few months earlier I had purchased these same pants in navy blue also size 12. All 3 pairs of the LINEN TAILORED WIDE LEG PANT in size 12 fit me perfectly. (Pink, navy blue & brown). However, the black pair ‘DID NOT’ fit when I put them on at home the next day. I was actually in the process of pinning the hem to have them taken up & I’m lucky I noticed this before I had them altered. In my opinion they were actually a size 10 with an incorrect size 12 label on them. I laid the black pants out on a table at home against the pink and brown pair (bought a few weeks before the black pair) and I saw that the black pair was indeed several centimetres smaller in the waist. Unfortunately for me I had lost my receipt, (apologies, I am normally very diligent in keeping receipts in a safe place), but I had my bank statement of the purchase to show staff when went to take back the pants to the store. The staff at Forrest Chase (Perth) know me well as I am a very regular customer. I simply hoped to swap the pants for another black size 12, thinking that maybe the pair I had purchased had accidentally got an incorrect size label put on them. I tried on another size 12 black pair, but they unfortunately also didn’t fit...

The staff were very helpful, without fuss.

Every aspect of Sussan is exemplary, our local store staff pleasant and helpful, and if I do need to return an item my transaction is dealt with happily.

I am an old customer The on line buy is great and efficient Just like to say that the styling has changed, even for sleepwear. The prints are old fashioned the style repetitive the body shape too curved on the hips area the waist on the small side That is why I buy tee shirts basic only The linen edit is too repetitive as well The quality of fabrics and manufacturing still good

Sussan has the best cotton sleepwear, highly recommended 👌
