I went to erina store to part return my afterpay order. I have only used orders on line not thru app. Lady behind the counter wasn’t interested in helping me return this. So gave me a credit voucher. I am also after paying this order. It might be nice if staff knew how to help customers with the app.

Service and quality has been exceptional but was disappointed to see that you now have to spend $100 to get free shipping, as my local store does not keep full range of products resulting in purchasing online but now will think twice before doing so.

I returned the goods and as of today I have not received my credit

Ordered online as the store didn't have what I wanted in stock, My order arrived quickly and was packaged as needed to provide protection. Easy process will do again as needed.

I had purchased an Online only knit but it was the wrong size - Sussan don’t do exchanges online so I would have had to re-purchase pay another delivery fee $12. 95 (which BTW is expensive) Yes you can do your returns instore which is convenient but you’ll loose the discount on the repurchase. Plus I wasn’t happy customer services responses to my enquire about the above. No empathy just to bad that’s our policy.
