Sussan’s have have always been great to shop with. Either online or in store. Preferably in store so you can try on clothes, feel fabrics and checkout the fit. I love the fact that Sussan’s not only offers a range of clothes, but they have accessories and some small homewares which make great gifts. Every time I have shopped online the shipping is quick and the goods are in great order due to packaging. Will continue to shop with Sussan’s as they have great products, sales and turnover of stock.

Fantastic products as per usual, great quality and fit. However, on this delivery the post let the enthusiasm down. My package was delivered to no less than 3 towns that were located approximately 200 to 300 kilometres away, it was then sent back to Melbourne airport only to be returned to Perth to be sent to yet another town that was not mine. I am blaming the Christmas craziness. Anyway, Fab products and extremely happy with the quality.

Thank You for my recent delivery. It came within three days of ordering (to a regional area). So quick I couldn’t believe it! The online ordering process is so easy to follow and if I have needed to return an item in the past I find it easier to return to a store, so I don’t have any experience of mailing items back, but if it’s as easy as ordering then I think it would be a breeze 😊
