Happy with all items at Sussans. My issue is when I purchase online the parcels are left without a signature. I have had to constantly call my neighbour to check for parcels left. When I get message or email for delivery it says must be signed for but parcel is always left. Not happy

You sent my parcel to the wrong address. Fortunately I was able to retrieve it. I changed my address before I finished ordering but it.

Online process was fine but when I returned item to store because I didn’t like the fabric, I was told several times I should have read the fabrication online. I did read it but it wasn’t what I expected. Bought for the print too. Had all necessary documetnatation but was made to feel bad for returning. Disappointing especially as I kept the other item!!!
