Same t-shirts, same size & still some fit well and others were too big or too small

Wonderful experience spent instore at the Townsville store. The assistant left me to explore happily. Over hearing a conversation had between assistant and customer brought me to try on the top of discussion. I ended up leaving the store with 2 of them in different colours. Store assistant was warm and kind enabling me to leave the store with a satisfied spend.

Service was great Products were good but I got the wrong size. I returned and changed at a store with no issues Fabulous

I couldn’t buy my size dress at any of the stores but it was easy online.

Easy online ordering, easy site to use. Fast delivery and clothing has been as described. Great prices.

Easy to access site. Great selection of items and was able to select, order, and checkout with ease. Delivery well packaged within a few days. Delighted with the beautiful sleepwear and gorgeous gown!

Easy web to navigate. Good apparel. Quick drlivery

Great service. Australia Post however was terrible. My parcel went to 3 states, one twice, then spent a week at Adelaide airport. I'm so glad I wasn't in a hurry.

Five stars

Online shopping is awesome. The staff at the Tuggerah store when I returned some stuff is not so awesome.

Excellent and prompt service.

Prompt shipping

The experience was efficient and quick. Clear and easy return procedures. I like Sussan!

Genuinely helpful and conversational

I was sent one wrong item but I couldn’t be bothered with the return process so kept it.

Soft nightie, l always buy from sussan when it comes to nighties. Generous in the medium size, wash very well. Delivery was no problem at all.

I love dealing with Susan’s. Product ✔️ quality ✔️service ✔️. Thank you

Love my new purchases. My order came quickly and very happy.

Fantastic I’ve never had a problem with it. Always look forward to my parcels arriving.

The service online and in store was good but the size of the sleeveless nightie I purchased was not good. I have purchased this same style for years and for some reason the nightie was quite a lot smaller this time. Disappointing
