I love Sussan's linen clothes for summer. Good quality and excellent prices. The returns policy is the best!

Great fit

The team at Shellharbour are great, friendly

I always buy my nighties from Sussan as I like Australian cotton but when I received them they smelt. I washed them, still smelt so washed them again and hung them out to dry/air. Still smelt. I ended up washing them five times before the smell was gone. A tad disappointed

I’m paying for express post and it’s taking longer than I expected

Smooth Easy Transaction. Very pleased with my purchase

I went in to Port Maquarie store to return/exchange items I had purchase on line. The online process is very efficient and convenient for me because I live quite a distance from any store. The return process is easy but of course postage adds up. I had reason to travel to Port so took advantage of in store service. Staff very helpful and process seamless. I was able to get 2 items I liked and also an immediate refund for the difference

Wonderful customer service from Mary and Nicole Southland Sussan. So helpful and honest, couldn’t fault them.

have been a long time supporter of Sussan but notice over the past 18 months a continued decline in variety or styles and fabric choices (type of fabric and range). Quality continues to be good but feel like Sussan is continually narrowing its target demographic and range.

I wanted cotton pjs and got pjs with a cotton trim
