Good experience and easy returns for items that didn't fit

Everything went smoothly, except I didn’t like having to pay delivery because you don’t have them in store and can only purchase online, it’s seems larger people are penalised. If you don’t have them in store then it should be free delivery. Or should be able to pick up from store.
