The nut for the left foot feet falls off after about 10 minutes. It’s been put on by several different people. It’s tight until you start to use it. Can’t give an opinion yet

After a bad experience with a cheap (<$300) walking treadmill from another manufacturer, I bought this one, and I am very happy so far. It is sturdy and well-made. It is quiet. The pad is plenty long for my jogging. The machine does exactly what I bought it to do--it easily handles my fast walking to slow jogging (4 to 5. 2 mph) speeds. Time will tell if it holds up to prolonged use, but it appears to be capable of that. By the way, I would strongly recommend heeding the manufacturer's advice to have somebody help you with unboxing it and setting it up. The actual steps to set it up are not difficult, but it is extremely heavy, so unboxing it and moving it to the desired location is difficult for one person. I managed to do it, but I went to bed with a sore back last night. ;)

If it were possible I would give this less then one star. The heart rate monitor does not work. Support suggested that I use something else, said they are not medical grade, then said he could send new parts but couldn't say if they would work or not and finally said that if he sends new parts I have to pay shipping costs, duties, tariffs etc. I used a different brand of elliptical for 12 years until it wore out and the heart rate monitor worked perfectly at all stages of exercise giving me a reading in 3 seconds or less.

Does not even turn on. So sad. !!
