Ordered this from Sunny, took about 7 days, fedx was the carrier. I assembled it and it took me (age 81) about 6 hours. It’s pretty straight forward. Instruction print is a little small but overall I would definitely buy it again! Great customer service too, if there is a problem!

No Bad , but the handle bars can be shaky , all in all not very heavy and large , which is what I wanted for my smaller apartment and it has a durable brushless motor, which is a nice touch.

I like Sunny Fitness products. This is my third product. Unfortunately, this latest product has developed a knocking sound, and I have no idea what is causing it. Inquiries to support have not been answered yet.

I have a Sunny Fitness spin bike that I purchased five years ago and have been using religiously. It is an entry level model, but suited my purpose. It recently developed an issue that I needed replacement parts to fix. I contacted the Sunny Fitness customer support, and even though it is now a discontinued model, customer service tracked down the parts I needed, and even provided a video on how to install them. Companies that provide good customer support years down the road are rare, most just want to sell the new models to maximize profit. When I do replace my old spin bike it will be replaced with another Sunny Fitness model.
