Shipping was good and the machine was very well packaged. I experienced some problems at first understanding how to assemble it. Sections of the instructions could have been better written but l figured it out and have begun to exercise.

Love the variety I ordered! I can do so many more strength workouts and not just the ones with dumbbells. I can use resistance bands now too!

Would be nice if the stepper came with different resistance bands for beginner/intermediate/advanced. The one that it came with are a too intense for me. So, only using the stepper. Might consider returning it.

Well packaged home fitness equipment that was delivered quickly. The box is very heavy so take time to position the box the recommended way before starting to open and empty the contents.

I didn't include this in my review, but the order was missing two bolts and washers/nuts. However, these did not compromise setting the machine up and after contacting Sunny, the replacement parts were here in 3 days. So, all in all, it was a positive experience.

Very fast shipping and the product came exactly as described. I will be ordering more exercise equipment again! And in fact, I already have. I ordered the core/ab machine which will be here today!
