It was a breeze to order and receive the product. Well made recumbent bike.

Shipping was fast and table was very easy to assemble.

Really unhappy with this thing. So cheap and was horrible to put together.

Good seller

Wish everything I ordered on line could go as smoothly

Great product.

Easy ordering from the website. Item arrived on time. Packaging protected it well. No missing parts. Assembly instructions differed a little bit in sequence from the YouTube videos, but overall assembly went well.

Shipping was fast. Had a damaged part and customer service handled it perfectly

It was shipped through UPS so you know it got here in one piece. The order was easy to place and the directions for assembly were easy to understand so no customer service needed. Overall pleased with the purchase and the experience.
