It’s a nice machine I do a 10 minute ride and go 2. 4 miles every day so far. I just got it a week ago and working myself up. I had two stents, fell off a roof and got married last year and I’m 68 lol So I’m working on it and getting better at it

They did well with delivering my equipment, but they overdo it a little with the post purchase emails.

My bike arrived on time and very well-packaged. Nothing was missing. I even had an extra part in the box that was not accounted for in the manual. Better to have a not need! Buying directly from Sunny was a flawless experience.

The bike arrived in excellent shape and was very easy to assemble. It is a great exercise for my neuropathy.

Pedaling difficult even on lowest setting.

The mini elliptical hassles not work for short people. I am 5’ and have tried using various chairs with no luck. Standing is dangerous without a handlebar. The return policy of a horrible, so I’m stuck with a machine I can’t use. Very disappointed. I reached out to see if there were any options and was told use it sitting which as I said does not work.

Two guys who delivered it were very helpful and helped me take it out of the box to make sure all the parts were there
