Tech services were helpful when I called in about the handle bars moving back and forth , said this was the way it was designed for folding up to store it.

Enjoy using the mini bike. Just wish it had a restart button instead of removing a battery to do it. At low pedal I can watch an hour show and burn great calories!

We love this recumbent bike for our 90 year old Father ! My only complaint is that there weren't step-by-step assembly instructions included, only the parts list. We were able to pull up a YouTube video, and completed the assembly though.
