I have a recumbent bike which I have enjoyed riding. It started making an awful grinding sound. Have tried numerous things to fix it. No luck. Husband called today and he was HUNG up on, never would I purchase another thing from this disgusting company! Ridiculous people. Don't waste your money on their crap.
