Very efficient, delivered quickly

Selling standard Heritage Brass handles for a lot more than other retailers without telling buyers the products are Heritage Brass. I wasted £20 paying their inflated fee, assuming I was getting a superior product because their website and photos are better. More fool me. Delivery etc was fine, but I feel ripped off.

These look great but don't do the job. The latch is too short and only just enters the holder. You also have to push down with your finger on the latch to get it into the holder. The metal piece which is supposed to keep the bolt tight/in place doesn't do its job - if you pull it open slightly too hard the whole bolt comes out of the lock. That piece of metal is also rusty after 2 weeks and the rust is dripping down the bolt. Stick with the classic bolt design.
